This was such a great experience. Yuri, Dimitry and everyone who worked on my house for this project were extremely professional, neat, and friendly. They cleaned up at the end of each day so that I hardly knew that they were even there that day. Im pretty sure they left my house cleaner than when they first arrived. Thank you for all of your hard work. I love my new windows.

    PRUDENTIAL REMODELING
Honey-I-Want-Done-List complete thanks to this team. I was more than willing to write a review when asked. As someone that use to work in the construction field all their life until becoming hurt, it should not be taken lightly when I say I would recommend them. I must admit I was up butts the entire time asking how they were going to approach each situation and what ideas they had. Each time I was impressed. The office woman really kept on top of everything. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    24 Restore
TOTAL CROOKS! Had damage from one of the winter storms and they said they could remove the tree that day and do all the repair work. They just removed half the tree and said the rest of the was fine. The next day they called back and said they looked again and the rest of the tree would have to come down and since they had to go back it would be 3 times the original estimate. When I pushed back they said they were not interested in working with me anymore and would send a bill to the insurance company. The bill was twice what they quoted including $1,000 just to call the tree guy that did the work! Insurance company refused to pay that amount and insinuated they were ripping us off. Heath Coxall, at 24 Restore, was extremely rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY, lots of other good people out there you can hire.

Well as planned. Work completed in time and with professionalism. When asked to finalize areas that fell short/ somewhat overlooked, they never said a word. Did their part of the bargain as agreed. The servicemen were very respectful as well.

    Muldoon Window and Door

Muldoon windows came in gave a very quick quote only took about 30-45 minutes for a large project. When the project started I was quoted 7-10 days for the whole project and they completed it in 4-5 days, very clean, very respectful to my home and family. I have had him back to look at other projects a few times to see what the cost would be and every time he has been very accurate and very helpful. If you want a good quality job done windows or doors look no farther, these guys are your go to people!

    O'Sullivan Installs, Inc.
When I met with the salesman he laid out how it would go and what the approximate time frame would be. The whole project rolled out exactly as described and in the fastest time frame promised. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor by far.

    Muldoon Window and Door
If you are in the area and are looking to get your windows replaced, look no further than Muldoon. Seriously, just stop now and call them up. We recently purchased an older house that was in desperate need of new windows. They were drafty, had lead paint, and were just downright ugly. I got a few estimates from the some of the larger window companies and came away feeling negative about the prospect of replacing the windows. The sales people at the other companies were not very helpful, were charging too much, and didn?t really seem to care about getting everything right. Then we came across Muldoon. They showed up and all that changed. I was blown away by the knowledge and industry experience that you could easily tell this company had. In our first meeting to discuss the project and get an estimate Muldoon walked us through the process, helped us choose the right windows for our house, answered all of our questions and blew us away with the extremely reasonable price they would be able to do the project for. It was such a relief to find such an experienced window installer that we could rely on.
They were able to take on the project very quickly. The only lead time was the time it took to order the windows. As soon as they came in they were able to fit the project in right away. They came prepared. They lined EVERYTHING in plastic. This was important because of the lead paint and the risk that could pose to our young children. Muldoon made sure there would be no problems. Lining everything in plastic was great for the lead issue, but it also made sure nothing in the house was damaged or left in a mess. When they were done they left zero mess. I can?t tell you how many times we?ve had other companies in to do work and they?d leave a mess, leave behind tools, etc? They also came prepared to ensure the safety of the workers including protective attire from head to toe. It was truly impressive.
They were able to replace all 22 windows very quickly. They look amazing. It?s going to have a great impact on our home?s energy efficiency and they seem to be very high quality windows. The wrapping on the outside of the windows was custom made right at our home and installed perfectly. The finished result really looks great, much more so than I expected. We are unbelievably impressed with the job that Muldoon was able to do for us. Everything looks fantastic, was done quickly, cleanly, and at an unbelievable price. Oh, and you know how some contractors tell you one price then all of the sudden it seems to mysteriously change once the project is over? Yeah, well, that didn?t happen with Muldoon. The price we were quoted at the very beginning did not change at all. Not even by a penny. Absolutely thrilled with our experience. It makes it a lot easier to cough up your hard earned money when the project is done as promised, looks great, and you know it was done for a very fair price.
Like I said earlier, if you are in the market for new windows look no further than Muldoon. You won?t be disappointed.

    Muldoon Window and Door
When my husband and I purchased our home at the end of May 2015 we were thrilled to finally be homeowners. We loved the house and couldn?t wait to start painting and decorating?really making it our own. However, the project we were most concerned about and anxious to get taken care of was the replacement of the windows and doors. The house was built in 1955 and the windows, old aluminum ?porch windows,? were an eye-sore and energy inefficiency throughout the house. Although the doors were a few decades newer, they were horribly framed and hung, which caused further concern for energy costs and security. We knew that this was going to be our first major project and with a house made of brick, we were especially nervous.
As a middle school teacher, I couldn?t wait to use the summer vacation to really accomplish a lot around the house. I found Muldoon Windows and Doors while searching businesses in my area. I filled out an online estimate tool and awaited a phone call. After having just dealt with a lot of different businesses during the home-buying and moving process, I wasn?t sure I?d get a prompt call back, but I was wrong! Three hours later, Quentin Pelliccia called and left a friendly and professional voicemail. I called him back a few minutes later and explained the situation. It was Thursday evening and he offered to come over Saturday morning to assess our home.
From the minute we met Quentin, we felt very comfortable. He was friendly and thorough in answer our questions. He gave us options and asked clarifying questions. He explained what the results would be based on different choices. He measured and took notes all while explaining his process and the timeline for materials to be ordered and the labor to complete the project. Any time I had a question, I was able to reach Quentin by text message. He kept me in the loop regarding the status of the factory order and his schedule of working. He knew that I was a teacher who wanted the projects done by the time the summer wound down. He worked tirelessly and pleasantly on a Saturday and Sunday for 10 hours at a time. When the doors came in a few weeks later, he offered to come work a 10 hour day during Labor Day weekend! He was true to the contract and there were no surprise costs even
if he needed some extra materials.
It is clear that Quentin Pelliccia of Muldoon Windows and Doors truly knows his trade. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry. He is a prompt and clear communicator. He is an honest businessman. He is a great planner for projects
that can be challenging. My husband and I love our home, but now we can truly rest easy knowing that we have energy efficient, secure, and aesthetically pleasing windows and doors.  I wholeheartedly recommend Muldoon Windows and Doors.

    NEWPRO
Reading reviews is important in selecting contractors/vendors. Had I know and read reviews on Newpro, I would have ran. The so called service by Newpro is beyond awful. We spent $28K with the company and they didn't even have the common courtesy to let us know that the manufacturing and installation of the windows will be delayed for a while. Interestingly, the manager was always quick to call for payment as if we are stealing from them.
Granted at the end they gave us a $250 refund for all the bad work, the caulking to fill air gap between window and frame was bad and we only discovered it because we renovated one of the rooms where they replaced the windows. Insulation was almost nowhere to be found but Newpro manager was quick to say making the installation air tight isn't appropriate which is a stack contrast to what the sales person told us during sales.
The windows we purchased are supposed to be triple pane windows with special Kypton gas filled windows but I can't see the third pane. The old windows had dividers but the ones sold to us didn't. They wanted another $200 - $400 per window for the dividers so we decided against them. The customer service again was ridiculous to non-existent. They used the excuse of just moving to another office so they couldn't contact us to provide information but their manager was always available to call us for payment back to back even when I told them I was going away. The harassment about payment alone was unbelievable. He had something about end of month closure that he wanted me to pay with credit card so he can close his book. I had a check ready for him or his sales person but he annoyingly hounded me with phone calls and text messages.
I WILL NEVER USE NEWPRO EVER EVER AGAIN. I suggest you never use them either. They are selling overpriced windows with bad customer service. Try Champion or Windows World based on reviews I've since read .
