This was a top notch job from start to finish.
Description of the move: we were moving from a large house in Lowell to a smaller house in Worcester, with an interim stop at a smaller cottage also in Worcester, which meant that about 3/4 of our stuff needed to go into storage with the rest going to the cottage.
The initial contacts gave us a high degree of confidence that it would go well: thorough estimate and great communication at all times.
On move day, the crew of 5 men and 2 trucks showed up on time (after a confirming call to say they were 30 minutes away). Louie (crew chief) and the guys had our 3800 sq ft, 3 story Victorian empty in 2 1/2 hours (and we had most of the book boxes on the third floor)! They even moved the truck when I needed to get the car out of the driveway with absolutely no complaint, saying "whenever you want to go, we'll move the truck...no problem".
They had even packed the trucks in such a way that they could either go to the storage facility or to our new place, whichever was more convenient for us.
This rather complex (at least to us) move, start to finish, took them 5 1/2 hours, which cut the original estimate from a $2700 job to a $1600 job because they were SO fast. Now granted, we had organized and marked everything very well and were very well-prepared, but watching these guys work quickly and efficiently was a pleasure to behold.
We would recommend them without reservations.

They were absolutely outstanding. The woman who is in charge of sending workers out, Sharon, was so helpful. She did extra work of researching pieces that we needed and checked pricing for us. I can only say positive things. They used playground mulch and put all the way around the playset, but they did not use the mulch in the little 2-story house because they knew that it would not dry and become moldy. They were very professional, responsive, and anticipated everything. Darold was one of the workers, and he was very good.

I've never been done wrong by them. They are honest, and I've recommended them to many people. I've purchased watches and charms from them as well. They always have unusual items you can't find elsewhere. They have very reasonable pricing. They are very good about not hitting you with steep prices.

You have to have an ultrasound first to see if you are a candidate. They schedule on Thursday to do this procedure. The office environment is very good. My procedure started on time and the staff was really nice. The communication was great also. I haven't gotten billed for this one yet, but I did have another one done earlier in the year and the billing was fine. I was satisfied with their services and I will continue to use their services again.

I was taken to LGH in an ambulance after having slipped on stairs and broken my ankle. When I got to the emergency room, the ER doctor immediately recognized that urgent action was needed to restore the blood flow to my foot. The staff explained what had to be done and why, and how they were going to do it. Their prompt attention saved my foot. I was told I needed surgery the next day.

I was admitted and made comfortable. Every one of the nurses and aides was friendly, comforting and helpful. I got the impression that they liked their work and the hospital. The following noon I had surgery. Everything went off without a hitch. The next day, the physical therapist gave me a lesson on using crutches and a walker. Since I was still shaky and didn't do so well going up and down stairs, she had me stay an additional night. The next day I was released and went home, grateful for the excellent care I received.

There were really only two minor downsides to my experience at LGH. The first was that the food, although delivered quickly by room service, was way too bland for my taste. Next time I would ask somebody to smuggle me in some salt and Dijon mustard. The broiled chicken breast was good, anyway.

Second, a bag of clothing was left behind when they moved me from a double to a single room. I didn't notice it until I got home. I called to let them know what was missing and they assured me that they would look for it. A few days later it turned up and they called me to let me know where they were holding it. The nurse who called asked how my recovery was going and really cared about my answer.

All in all, I was very happy that I was cared for so well. It's not fun breaking a leg, but I couldn't have wished for better care. Two thumbs (and an ankle) up!

The doctor that I go to is Dr Tsirigotis. I find her to be very good. She listens very well. I've only had experience with her over there and not with any other doctor. I've never had a problem getting appointments. The office environment is very good. Obviously I like them. So far I haven't had a lot of treatments. We just go for physical check ups. We haven't had any problems with the billing and administration. We will use their services again in the future.

From start to finish, this experience was absolutely horrible (except for the very competent and friendly nurses in the ambulatory care unit). The day of the surgery I was supposed to have regional block anesthesia but was assigned a Nurse Anesthetist who was not qualified to perform regional anesthesia. Twenty minutes prior to my surgery, this Nurse Anesthestist had to search for a qualified anesthesiologist who would agree to do the regional anesthesia. He did find an anesthesiologist who performed the block about 10 minutes before my surgery. Not enough time was given for the block to take effect (and no one checked my hand for numbness) so when the surgeon cut into me, I felt the incision. After I yelled and let the surgeon know, he had the anesthetist put me under general anesthesia w/o my consent. Afterward I sent the Director of surgical services a very polite letter but received no reply from him even though he himself had sent me a personal letter inviting me to discuss my concerns. An "investigation" by the Patient Advocate was useless - her letter basically said that the choice of anesthesia was up to the hospital and that even though I chose a "rare" type of anesthesia, they agreed to it. (How nice!) It went on to say that "most people choose general anesthesia so the Nurse Anesthetist had not looked at my chart" (yes they put that in writing!) In regard to not checking for numbness the letter claimed that "lifting of the arm" was the usual way to check for numbness of the hand (???!!!) but because of my situation they were looking at ways to improve their process. (Well I should hope so!) Even though they made several horrible mistakes, I would have been okay with all of it if they had treated me decently afterward. The true measure of anyone or any institution is how they react when they make a mistake. It is easy to do the right thing when doing so makes you a hero. It's much harder when it reveals your flaws. Do not go here for surgery. (The Birthing Center however is excellent)

The facility was clean. They were very attentive and polite to me. They had good bedside manners. They were available when I called them as I was having some pains. They made phone calls for me to my doctor. They were pretty much on top of things. The staff was caring and professional. They were punctual; everything was done on time and there was no waiting at all. They answered all my questions.
