They are an excellent group. The doctors that started the group actually handpicked their cardiologists, they interviewed them extensively. They are looking for a specific type of physician to fit that practice. A number of years ago one of their doctors saved my mother in law's life. Dr. James Waters happened to be on call when we brought her into the ER and there was a procedure that had to be done, he had known about it wasn't done here yet, it was usually done in the Boston area yet and the doctors in Boston said if she doesn't get this, she will not be able to make it to them. Technology was just advancing and they were able to get him online with the cardiologist from Boston hospital who was an expert in this and he guided him right through it and thank god for it. So we have stayed with them. I have recommended several patients to them. The doctors have a very good expertise in their field of cardiology. They are very knowledgeable. They have excellent bedside manner with patients as well, they are very caring and very competent. They stay on the cutting edge of their field of cardiology. They cover well for each other, they work well with each other and I think that is important. They work well with their staff and so the flow of the office is very good. I think they show an excellent respect for the patient's privacy which is important yet they are very up to date with technology, and the patient portal and the patient center.

The doctor knows that I know a little bit about medical information and he doesn't press me or try to intimidate me or prove that he knows more than me or anything like that. He didn't press my mother either. You don't find that in too many doctors. They just moved into a newer building. They have a lot of doctors and don't try to stretch themselves too thin or anything like that.

The appointment went very well. I was given referrals that were needed immediately as well as prescriptions for the next 3 months. I'm about to move out of the area so she made sure that everything is in order for my move.

My mom is a patient of Dr. Mundkur's. She was admitted to the hospital in July 2012 for severely low sodium and potassium levels. She also has high blood pressure. Dr. Mundkur has been trying different BP meds with my mom since then.. And this past week she gave my mom a BP medication that included a diuretic, even though my mom has a history of losing electrolytes so easily. My mom asked to get off of this medication multiple times and Dr. Mundkur refused to change it, stating it takes 2 weeks to take effect. And what do you know; my mom ends up in the hospital again for the same thing!!!! If my mom continued the medication for 2 weeks she would probably have had a heart attack and be dead! This doctor does not know what she is doing and always seem to blames the patient. Do not trust her with your life. I'm sorry but that's the truth.

They are top shelf in his office. He is fantastic. I like that he is barebones, get to the point. He is open to collaborating with my other physicians before surgery. He is proactive and is serious about his patient's health. His nurse practitioner and he went over everything that would go on during my treatment. I would recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Clarity did a great job educating me about what was going on with my foot and explaining why I have pain. We tried several non-invasive treatments before going to surgery, which did eventually help quite a bit.
While any doctor probably could have done the surgery I was pleased with how Dr. Clarity treated me like a valued human and took the time to explain everything, despite my many questions.

He was more concerned about future appointments than the pain and wrote the pain off as bursitis, something did not seem right so I finally got an appointment with a specialist and confirmed it was a torn rotator cuff tear. If I knew this at the time I would of reported this a work where I caught on to something when I fell and though nothing of this at the time the day before. By the time I could get an appointment with the specialist and test MRI etc. it was too late and was no longer working for this contractor. I had surgery and could not work or collect any income because Stupid me did not file a claim right away. He cost me a lot of money for his quick diagnostic.

I've seen him 3 times in the last week and I've gone to him for 20yrs. He is absolutely superb. He is as professional as can be and has quality as can be. The only issue is that I usually have to wait from 15min to a half hour. Everything else is just top-notch. His bedside manner is the best of anyone I've ever seen.

Wrong provider scheduled. Waited a very long time. Felt like I was being rushed. I was tempted to ask him to repeat what I had said he was so blantently ingnoring me.

    Will not be back.

I believe he is the greatest spinal surgeon in all of New England. After the surgery my husband was completely cured. There was a lot of potential for nerve damage, but he is now fine and is able to mow the lawn and walk around like nothing ever happened. I would highly recommend Dr. Lapp!
