This guy has been fantastic. He makes copies of films, and makes them into CD's. He does photography work. He has done design work for me, and designed posters. He designed inspirational posters on the computer for me. I have been doing business with him for 5 years now. We had old films from the 1950's, and he took the tapes and made DVD's from it. It came out perfect. His prices are also tremendous. It is a family owned business, and he is incredibly talented/gifted. He is a Christian man as well.

Print quality is beautiful on all size canvases. Custom sizing. They even call to consult with me about cropping if the original photo does not fit properly. They also gave me good advice about sizing of signature. My only complaint is that if the owner is not there, no one else can help me.  If the owner is on vacation, there is a long wait for the product.  I recommend that he train an assistant to fill in when he is not there.

    Radnor Printing Co
I wanted to have my wedding programs printed. The chain store I had bought the paper from told me they could do it. After I bought the paper and went back to them to have the program printed, they told me they couldn't do what I wanted. The cover was card stock paper and their machine couldn't fold it the "long" way. I tried another chain printing shop and they also couldn't do it with the folding machine. (This one offered to do it by hand, but it looked terrible). I went home in a panic - it was Wednesday evening before my Sunday wedding and I had no program printed (after working very h****** the cover and text). I called Radnor Printing. It was after hours, but luckily for me, Mike was working late and answered the phone. He told me to bring the file into the shop the next day. I brought it in on Thursday and Mike had the programs ready to be picked up on Friday. They looked GREAT. The printing, folding and stapling were perfect and they even cut the outer edge so it was all even. On top of it all, the programs were shrink wrapped in plastic (in a bundle) to protect them until the wedding. The customer service was great too. Mike was friendly and professional. He called me when the programs were ready to be picked up and called again when I hadn't made it to the shop and it was getting near closing time just to make sure I had received the message he had left that they were ready. (They are closed on the weekends and he wanted to make sure I had them). The cost of having the programs professionally printed was $35 more than it would have cost at the chain printing place that would have hand folded them. It was well worth the extra money. I will definitely go back to Radnor Printing instead of a chain store to have printing done in the future. I also really appreciate that they were able to print them for me so quickly on such short notice.

    Alphagraphics
The representative, Laurie, was a delight to work with - was super-polite, responded to questions quickly, provided frequent updates, and was very flexible.  For example, she noticed an issue with the logo graphic we presented for printing (having to do with a background color that wasn't working) and we worked out a quick and easy alternative solution.  I also had forgotten until the very last minute to ask Laurie to include the band's URL at the bottom of the banner; when I asked her at the 11th-hour to include it, she responded promptly and got it done.  Given the great service, the reasonable price for the banner, the quality and the quick turnaround time, I'd enthusiastically recommend AlphaGraphics.

    Vistaprint
I have used Vista Print for a number of years, to produce marketing materials for a companies, fund raisers, etc.  They offer a wide range of products and services, and do a great job. When I served as the Chief Technology Officer at Commonwealth Medicine / UHealthSolutions, for example, I ordered business cards from Vista Print -- that were ~50% cheaper and much higher quality than the existing 'print shop' vendor that company had been using.  They also arrived in less than a week, in time for a major conference.   You can order virtually anything needed for a marketing / publicity campaign, organization, community fund-raiser, etc. -- including signs, brochures, business cards, coffee cups, custom printed shirts, etc. etc.  Vista Print is a reliable and cost-effective source, with good service. I hope this is helpful. Mark Hays

    WALES COPY SHOP
I purchased a 28 inch by 36 inch science facts poster and wanted to laminate it before hanging it in my house. I dropped off the poster in its mailing tube with Wales Copy Center during a very busy time for them. They estimated a week before it would be ready and I agreed to the job at the quoted price. I requested that they save the mailing tube and return it to me. A week later they called me to let me know I could come by to pick it up. They unwrapped the poster to show me the work, and it was perfectly done. They turned a $10 poster into a $50 poster! They placed the original tube inside a larger, heavier tube, rolled the laminated poster around the outer tube, and wrapped the whole thing in heavy white paper to protect it. My child was thrilled with the result. The two minor glitches were, they forgot to give me a copy of the order form when I ordered, and one of the end caps on the mailing tube was missing, but I can replace it. It turned out well and I would definitely ask them to do another job for me.
