Description

We are a relatively small boarding facility, taking a personalized approach to pet boarding. We believe that smaller is better with less stress and more individual attention for our boarders. Dogs receive a minimum of four yard turn outs daily and we offer doggy playtimes with dogs who have demonstrated an ability to play without aggression with other dogs. All dogs are given human attention and affection through the course of the day. Grooming is one of the ways to maintain a pet s health and hygiene. I selected this business because of location and YELP coupon/discount for new customers. When I dropped the dog off, I mentioned I found a coupon online. She said to print it out and bring it when I picked him up. When I came to get the dog, she wouldn't honor the coupon! I truly was not aware of the Yelp offer of 30.00 off the price of the groom,( not 10 as you state) .As you got more and more upset I told you to just pay me the balance of 15.00 and I would deal with Yelp on my end, you refused my effort at that compromise. Owner is professional and polite at all times, VERY clean and doesn't smell like pets are on the premises. Im satified so far with service and will continue to use this facility.
