  • The people at Acme are great. They gave me a free estimate on the spot and came in about the middle price-wise. The work they did was outstanding. My bumper is a hard color to match and I was told it may not be exactly the same color as the rest of the trim. I don't know how they did it but there is absolutely no difference between the new bumper and the trim on the front end. They had my car for a reasonable amount of time and contacted me as soon as it was ready. Acme is definitely my go-to shop if I ever need body work done again.

  • Unfortunately, Ricky's Towing is the worst (most dishonest) towing facility I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Massachusetts department of telecommunications and energy transportation, mandates what tow companies can charge when they respond to a Police call for a stranded motorist. My daughter was fleeced by this company because she was un aware of these rates. When I called Ricky's in an effort to try and resolve the issue, I was met with contempt, verbal aggression, and dialogue that was perhaps taken from "The Jerry Springer Show". if that wasn't bad enough; I was ultimately hung up on. Upset and frustrated, I then discussed the matter with Lt. Kinney from the Leominster Police Department who shared my concern. Lt. Kinney was also very gracious and afforded me all the proper information and numbers in order to make a formal written complaint. Subsequently, a formal written complaint has been submitted to the offices of the Mass Attorney Generals office (Maura Healey) and the Massachusetts department of telecommunications and energy transportation. Each of the offices will conduct an investigation into this particular complaint. My advice to anybody reading this post is this: Be fully informed regarding the rates towing companies are allowed (by law) to charge. And if you are unlucky enough to encounter this sort of dishonest business practice, file a complaint like I did, and then follow up on it.Unfortunately, Ricky's is the worst (most dishonest) towing facility I have ever had the displeasure of working with.   • The process was professional and timely. There were no issues before, during, or after. All windows that were tinted were done so according to specifications and regulations, which I was informed of beforehand! All in all, very good service, would recommend to anyone looking to have their car windows tinted.

  • The mechanic saved me a bundle of money by finding a used boot they had in stock to replace the damaged one. The operation is no-frills: no fancy waiting room with coffee service. It is a bit grungy, as befitting a shop run by actual mechanics who know how to do the work. I had to wait, and it was a pretty day, so I took a walk downtown to the library and had a nice lunch in a small sandwich shop. When I got back, the job was done. He showed me the damaged boot so I could see what the problem had been. I like these guys. They are friendly and eager to show they can do good work. Obviously take pride in their work, as they should. The price seemed fair, and six months later the problem has not returned. I'm satisfied.

  • I recently purchased an older model vehicle but also got an extended warranty. A couple weeks later I heard a clunking front end noise. Someone had mentioned Dave and that he was good at what he did and fair with his pricing. I had a very pleasant experience with Dave and his mechanic that made the repair. Dave had to contact the warranty company, which most times is not a pleasant experience. All worked out well and I was on my way. I would highly recommend Complete Auto for any of your car repairs. He and his staff know their stuff and are pleasant to deal with. Heading there tomorrow for a battery check!!

  • When they say they are going to do the job, they get it done on time. The price is reasonable and they treat people fairly. They have capable technicians their. There was a minor error when they did the brakes, they forgot to set the handbrakes and they immediately took care of that when I took it back.

  • My car was rear-ended driving home.  American auto body personnel worked with my insurance to have the damage assessed, and recieve payment. They immediately scheduled me for the service, and not only repaired the car, but exceeded my expectations in almost every category. They were pleasant and professional to deal with ... but when I went to pick the car up, it had been washed and detailed. In addition although they had originally told me that I could expect to be without the car for a week, they had it back to me in four days. Outstanding!

  • Mike always is very professional in his work.  While the most recent service was more expensive than most, my experience is that Mike's charges are always very reasonable, so when the bill is larger, as this one was, I no longer question it as I know he is charging me what the service value is.  One of the nice things about the relationship we have developed with Mike and Dana is that we are able to stop by for minor issues and there is never a charge for quick adjustments and the like. ON the rare occaision where service is required that goes beyond Mike's expertise, he arranges service with others to care for those issues.  The care is always neat and as clear or cleaner than i left it when I return for pickup.   I highly recommend Mike for any auto mechanical repairs.

  • I went in to get a tail light replaced and an oil change. There was a misunderstanding, because I wanted a regular oil change, and the mechanic put synthetic oil in the car, which is much more expensive. I told them that I just wanted the regular oil, and so they went ahead and matched the correct price since it was there mistake. They were very nice and understanding.
