    Valley Medical Group
I used Valley Medical Group and I like them. I thought that they are professional and that you can get an appointment there fairly quickly. I like their providers. Also they have online records, they have a patient portal where we can go in and you can make an appointment and questions and use it online, I like that. Yes, very modern, you have just a quick question, you don't have to call and bug the nurse, you just tell them the question and they will answer it or if you want to request an appointment you can do it that way. You can look at all of your blood test and stuff, it is all in your patient portals, you go and get the results. The quality is excellent. They are very professional. I like that portal. The customer service is excellent.

    Family Care Medical Center
Their services were excellent. I actually walked in and did not have to wait long. It didn't really hurt not until the next day when the Novocain wore off. They were very patient and very kind. The doctor explained everything that he was doing. I have just been very happy with their services. They do take appointments; I have never used it that way. It's always been a walk-in.

    Doctors Express
We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday because we suspected that my daughter had an ear infection. She was screaming in the waiting room and swatting at her ears. They registered us and we waited in the waiting room. We waited approximately 30 minutes and then they took us into the examination room, despite several other people having already been waiting. The doctor examined her and determined that her ears were not infected, but that she was probably overtired and cranky from the trip. The only not so great aspect of the visit was the language barrier between us and the doctor, as her accent was very thick.

    Mercy Medical Center Wound Care
I had had a procedure on my prostate and needed to use a catheter for a week or so. It became blocked and my Urologist advised me by phone to go to Mercy. They were very busy and there was a typical long wait. And the catheter started working again while we were waiting. But the staff had me stay for an hour to make sure it was working properly and instructed me on ways to keep it working properly.

    Doctors Express
After stating that they take Blue Cross Medicare I was supprised to find out that only certain doctors in the clinic take that. I cost me out of pocket because the second doctor I saw did not take my insurance. this is a nutty practice that should be stopped.
