ASilaThey were excellent and even replaced all the duct work in my attic, and built a cement slab and put an outside unit on it as well. They did all the gravel and cement and it took about 2 or 3 days.I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them as well. .- Susan S.

ASilaJohn G from Sila was a true professional. He called to say that he could do the service call on Friday evening instead of Saturday citing concern that we had no heat and the temps were going to dip that evening. He quickly identified the problem, expedited the parts delivery and even serviced our 2nd furnace which we did not realize was having issues until he inspected it while on site. He stayed late on a Friday evening to get the job done. John G and Sila provided top notch service and I highly recommend.- Doug H.

ASilaSila's service call was great. I would highly recommend Sila for your HVAC needs. My system was over heating my house because my thermostats were not working properly. Sila replaced the broken thermostats and tested the system to make sure it was working accurately before they left. CPrompt response to Angie's referral. Service same day. A/C unit replaced next day. However, when problems occurred within a few days getting owner to follow up was difficult. Phone calls were not returned nor were emails within reasonable time frame. When owner finally agreed to return, stated time of return didn't occur and no contact to explain reason for delay. So owner waiting hours. Again, phone calls and emails unanswered. Now, after 2 weeks, am awaiting promised manual for unit.

FI called Climate Zone. Their price is 129 service call then they charge 150 to diagnose the problem total 279 in 30 min total no repair. This company doesn't know that SERVICE means diagnose the problem then charge the customer the repair cost or just 129 and leave but if you call them be aware 129 means the technician knocks and say hi. You want to know the problem I'll tell you but it will cost you additional fee. Don't CALL THEM if you do ask lots of questions even if it sounds stupid because Customer Service is not there. It seems The SALES DEPT DOES WHAT THEY NEED TO DO SALE IT. After that they don't care. Oh I got sold a Navient system by them 4 Years ago over 10grand and they where nice. Now after this if you are thinking of calling then ask questions and shop around or better Do It Yourself. They don't explain or tell you prices. They are just take advantage of the customer. Again stay away from them.

AMy boiler developed a cracked heat exchanger and needed immediate replacement. I called Affordable Heat & Air for an estimate. Not only did Bryan answer the phone immediately, he come out within a few hours, provided an estimate that beat two other companies in price and the boiler included an internal on-demand water heater eliminating the need for my older, about to fail water heater. Bryan also explained the Mass Save Heat Loan program to me which was a great help! Jimmy and Mike arrived on-time each day and would provide updates before and after each workday; it was a big job and took a few days. You can tell both Jimmy and Mike take great pride in their workmanship. I should mention the house is old with a basement built to accommodate your average sized Oompa Loompa making the job even more difficult. The end result was nothing but spectacular. Having your main source of heat go out just before winter isn’t fun, but other than that I couldn’t be happier with the whole project. Highly recommend!!

ACouldn't have gone better. Just finished installing Central AC in our 1949 Dutch Colonial. Our house had no duct work as we have radiators and forced hot water heat. They put a unit in the attic, created the duct work through closets, and exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. All work was done professionally. If you are looking to have Central AC installed, do yourself a favor and go with Prestige. Their pricing was fair, work was A+, and seem like a great team. We are thrilled with our decision.

AThe serviceman, Quinnlin Hogan came to our home to do the annual winter service in the first week of November. While undertaking this process, he approaches my wife and me and says, "I have some bad news." "Your furnace has a crack and I have to condemn it." He was very apprehensive about delivering this bit of news and how we would react. We told him that it was not his fault and, thankfully, he found the damage, grateful that he discovered it, saving us from a possibly dangerous situation. He consulted with the office and the next day we were visited by Jeffrey, who determined the best type of furnace for our condo unit and arranged delivery of a new furnace system as well as a heat pump replacement. Since we live in a church converted to condos, Jeffrey also arranged for a crane to deliver the heat pump to the roof. No small undertaking, but they made it look easy. Before installation was begun, Chris Tessier came to do measurements and get everything prepared for the installation. He has been excellent with follow-up visits to ensure that everything is running efficiently and in good order. Within a week, the goods were delivered and installed within a couple of days. The crew, led by Lin and Jeffrey, and Christian were superb. They and the rest of the team were efficient, professional, and extremely neat and careful. You could not have a better team of professionals if you had ordered up your own. The floors and the interior were well protected with plastic. Central also had an electrician, Mr. D' Ambrosio, on-site for any consultation or electrical issues. All of this deserves a triple-A plus rating!! We cannot say enough about the professionalism, attitude, and can-do spirit of Central Cooling and Heating. Highly recommend this company for heating and cooling needs. Central is a company that stands by its work and maintains very high professional standards.
