    They were a good company.  They were professional and all that good stuff. The service charge was included in the initial start up contract.  So they came out and made sure it started up and everything was fine.  They are a pretty good company.  They quality was excellent.  It looks good.  It runs good.  Everything. They were here when they said they were going to be here.  They had it down to a science.  They were very professional.  They came and they checked.  They didn't have to go get anything else.

    The scheduling was easy and the company was responsive by phone. We previously had a company that came out and then was unable to clean our system because they didn't have the right equipment. Duct Kings assured me that wouldn't be a problem because they would seal all the vents and use a vacuum to remove any dust or debris. We purchased the big deal ($299) and hired them to perform the work. They arrived at the house and asked for help finding all the vents and returns. The service involved dragging a heavy machine up our stairs - leaving black marks on the steps. There was also a very dirty black handprint on our sons carpet, They indicated the system was very dirty (we knew this) and sold us an extra service (cleaning the fan for $89). We were also encouraged to have our ducts sealed as they were leaky and to purchase reusable filters for the furnace.

    Called 5 places the night before, Sila emailed me at 7:30 the next morning asking me to call to schedule an appointment.
    When I spoke to Jonathan (very friendly), we scheduled the appointment for 2-5pm the same day, but they said they'd call my tenant at the property if they could come earlier.
    They arrived at 10:30 and had the issue fully resolved by 11:15am.
    Barely 3 hours after I scheduled the appointment. No emergency fees, no same-day fees, just a good honest company that helped fix a situation at a rental property of mine 50 minutes away from where I live now.

    I do not see them like too flexible to help me with my situation with my HVAC system. I do not see that they were very flexible to work with me. The service was alright, but it could be better. The workers were fine. They were friendly. I just noticed that they were in a rush. They were not flexible to try to find the solution to the problem. They could have provided more options and be able to like jump into the problem right away. I would tell a friend to try to find another place. I might not use them again.

    I needed time to write this review.
    I don't think the time helped.
    When I called wondering where my service guy was, they told me Sila had "lost the number"  And they couldn't have anyone come out that day because they couldn't reach me.  Then she found the number eventually and that number was wrong.  I can't buy that for one second.  Don't have my number, knock on the door.  Send an E-mail through Angie's list they have my number, I would respond.  
    I purposely waited to turn the furnace on so they could look and inspect it and clean it without it being "hot."  That was not the thing to do I guess cause when the guy came the first thing he said was he can't do the inspection unless the furnace is running.  
    The service guy.
    He came to do the job and he did it.
    He was prompt
    He did clean up afterwards
    He did where booties on his shoes
    He was direct, I'll give him that.
    When he was done, I have to admit, it worked, I just wonder if it would have worked anyway.
    No matter who it is, when they walk into the house, it's going to cost you more than you think.
    Right off the bat he wasn't happy that the furnace wasn't started.  He tried ONCE and wouldn't consider of trying a second time.  He told me I had to replace the part OR angie's list can refund me the money for the inspection and he can walk.   Really?  I placed this order from Angie's list 3 weeks ago, you show up a day later than you are suppose to and the house is cold.  If you had come in time and it was earlier, I would have taken you up on that and shown you the door.  It was that tone that was a real put off.  
    You placed a sticker on the furnace without asking that highlights your company.  Ask next time.  You can guess what the answer would have been.
    Disclaimer.  The furnace is 47 years old.  But it runs well and I will be looking to replace it here soon.  He may not have said anything that was not true, but your customers may want to hear it in a better manner, there is a difference between being honest and being arrogant.  As we talked he did become less arrogant and he also knew he wasn't getting any more from me.

    Mr Ray was very kind, on time and dependable work. He took the time to explain everything that he did and needs to be done on the A/C system. Even though the job took longer then he expected he didn't charge me more then the estimate given to me over the phone. He even replace a part on my A/C capacitor that was burned with a new that he had in his truck and didn't charge me extra for it. I am sure to hire him if I ever need his expertise. Great job!
