Good communication throughout; I knew when tech was on the way, he arrived on time, was careful to observe health protocols, and worked efficiently. Precision Door Service diagnosed the problem and found something wrong that I had overlooked. Frank had woodworking skills and was able to replace a piece of wood that was substandard. He also secured the outer structure on both sides by using multiple screw-in nails, which replaced the inferior single nail from the garage door's original installation back in 2010.
