  • The service was great.  The staff is fantastic.  They had my car for a day.  I would highly recommend them to a friend.  They are good at communicating when I have no idea of what they are talking about.  I feel like they do not over charge.  I have been going there for eight years.

  • Wheeler's quoted a better price than anywhere else I checked, was courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. They clearly communicated all the work that needed to be done, and did not try to up-sell me on anything else. In fact, I asked if extra work needed to be done on the truck, and they honestly told me that it was not necessary.

  • Very convenient, great hours, always helpful attendants to make sure the line keeps moving and you exit with a clean vehicle at reasonable prices.  We cant always wash our own vehicles due to warm weather water bans for outside use but sometimes you need your vehicle to be presentable and Holden Car Wash does not disappoint.

  • As always, friendly helpful service by experienced mechanics that don't try to sell you services and repairs you don't need.  We dropped the truck off and they called us when it was ready to pick up.  Our son returned to college with safe tires!

  • After reading everything about this guy, I was looking for some honest work. I had a squeeking A/C compressor. I had him check it out. He told me it was broken and gave me a 1000 dollar price tag to fix it. I told them I didn't have the money, and sent them a site that shows how to re-run the serp belt to bypass the compressor. Secretary assures me total cost and lt;100. Actual cost, $120 for just the serp belt and installation! $120 to replace a $8 serp belt! Not only that, he kept my old belt. There was nothing wrong with it! I should have done the work myself, after all, I diagnosed the problem for him and told him how to re-route belt! He seems like a decent guy, but he's not the best mechanic I've encountered.

  • The owner confirmed that it was most likely the wheel bearing. After calling to price the part, he notified me that the part was expensive (circa $500.00). He also told me that the part was most likely covered by the warranty on my vehicle because it is part of the drive train. I have a friend who reports excellent and trustworthy service as well. I will be using this repair shop for all future maintenance on my vehicles. How great to have a local business to support rather than a large chain. Thanks to Gordie for quality service and integrity!

  • They call out to make an appointment. They took care of me very well. They do anything to make it to up for their customers like a car washing and other things. I have been there three times already. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

  • He advised me not to spend too much repairing the car, which I had before I bought a new car.  He told it was not worth it to spend money on my old car.  I felt confident with his suggestion because he has always been honest.  He provided a good service.  He never tried to scam me or charge me extra because I don't know much about the cars.  He was moving money by telling me to get a new car.  He did things to help me at that time.  He is professional.  I would advise anybody to go to him, if they need a car repair, wants to do it right, timely, and not get overcharged.  I get what I pay for.

  • I fried out the fuse panel in my Honda by screwing around with it. I couldn't diagnose the problem at the time, and all kinds of bells and whistles went off in my car. Since it was my only car, I couldn't wait at the time for an appointment. Lundgren got me in that day. They diagnosed that it was only the fuse panel I had fried, and had a replacement overnighted and installed the next day. They were friendly, gave me a ride home and picked me up, gave me their own personal cell phone number and let me talk directly to the technician. All made me very happy. My only complaint: the bill. $900. A fuse box assembly costs $200. Probably costs them less. So that's at least $700 service for less than 3 hours work. In summary, they get the job done well and treat you professionally, but it's gonna cost you.

  • They were very friendly when setting up apt. on phone. I called on a Friday and scheduled for the following Tuesday. John was very friendly and courteous at drop off. He explained everything he was going to do and would call with an estimate. A couple hours later I got my estimate for what he found and suggested replacing. I should mention, too, that I went in thinking it was a wheel bearing but they concluded the noise I had was all from the brakes and the bearings were fine. He gave me very accurate pricing for everything right then. Once all was said and done John called me to let me know the total and all that was completed. When I drove off it seemed like a new car. Everything has been perfect. John also called about a week later to make sure all repairs went well and were as expected. A very professional job and customer service unheard of these days.
