    Dave came over to get an overview of the work I was requesting and didn't pressure me in the work I needed or the color/grade of felt I needed. When we made a choice, we called him, and Dave and a helper (?Matt?) came promptly and worked very efficiently as a team to refelt the table and replace the pockets. They were in and out of the house within 2 hours and the table looked fantastic, was re-leveled, and they even fixed parts that I didn't know were broken. Finally, they cleaned up after themselves and left me with a ready-to-play pool table. I highly recommend these guys to work on your pool table; even >100 y.o. tables.

    I needed to find a mobile paper shredding service that would come to my location and shred a number of business documents within the week. I called a few companies and shopped services and prices. I ended up choosing New England Sercurity Shredders in part because they worked to earn my business, and because a colleague had used them a couple of years ago and was happy with the job they did, The person I spoke to on the phone, as well as the driver, were both very friendly and accommodating. The price beat competitors. I was able to schedule same-week service, and 31 large file boxes were shredded while I watched. I would definitely recommend to others and plan on using them again in the future when the need arises.

    The price is too much. It's just stupid. I don't know if I would continue with Verizon for the home, but I need the home phone and I need the internet. I have the whole house wired. Change to Comcast or some other provider would mean I got a lot of changing to do in the house. The fellow who did the installation was nice, he was accommodating as maybe I would expect. I didn't want the router in the basement. I wanted it upstairs in my office because it would broadcast way better and way further as it had in the past. He insisted that it would be just as good, and it isn't. My office is on the second floor of the house. The old arrangement I had worked terrific. I could get any service I wanted anywhere. As a matter of fact, I would say anywhere on the property. Now I can barely sit on my patio and get internet.

    My daughter was sick and they took care of her. My experience was very good and the doctors were very good. The service was very good. My daughter had to do a C-section and they took care of her. Her heart was beating fast and they tried different medications to bring her heart beat down. They were prompt and looked after her immediately and answered my questions. They went above and beyond and they were great.

    I have not had any issues with them. I have bought clothes, shoes, household items and my vacuum. I have also bought two tablets from them. I bought a camera as well. A lot of times they have free shipping. They also have a great return policy. One time I bought a shoe and they could not fit and it was refunded.

    They have trainers and they are very friendly. I never hear my son complaints. He is real happy there. They have a tanning bed and they are open 24 hours 7 days a week. They are all trined in first aid.

    I was seeking some help creating a new website for my business.  I found this provider on Angie's list and contacted them based on their strong reviews.  Brian contacted me later that day and discussed what I needed and their rates.  They had a draft within a day or two that was very good and exactly like I had requested.  The communication was excellent both by phone and by email and I was never "handed off" to anyone else in the company through the process.  He set up my site so that i could maintain it myself based on our discussion.  I would recommend this firm and will probably return for more support within a few months as my company continues to grow.

    When we first moved to our current home we had the Comcast "triple play" .  Once that 2 year deal ran out the price went way up and that's when the issues began.  We are essentially being told to pay more for the same or less service.  We've managed to "save" by negotiating on the phone but I find it disheartening that loyal customers are forced to negotiate their service back to the sign up rate, and the same rate new customers are given for 2 years.  Most recently in April 2014 we looked into saving money by dropping our land line phone.  Comcast quoted us a higher price to continue with just internet and cable than we had been paying for internet, cable and phone!  Supposedly its because of the price structure of their bundles but that's just nonsense.  We eventually met our budget needs by dropping the landline and all but "basic" cable and we still pay a fortune, but they have a monopoly so what can you do.

    Tracy and his team are amazing! I am currently still working with them, not because of time management issues, but because I decided to have them write another resume for me. Why? Because I am currently in between careers and I discovered that using the same resume for all my jobs was ineffective. I realized though, that what he wrote in seven days is far better than what I have tried to put together in 3 years! I'm a little long winded, which is why you can tell I needed help writing a resume, so here's my story:
    December 28th: I noticed a job that I really wanted posted to a website at the beginning of December. I decided that even with the job posting being very old, I would still hire Tracy's services.
    December 30th: I did get a little impatient after making a payment, since I read a few reviews here that said they could be a little slow responding back. When I called them to find out why I hadn't been contacted, I found out they had tried to contact me...but somehow the information Angie's list gave them was not right. So a note to those of you waiting for a response: Call them, it could be Angie's list that is wasting your time. They sent me a new confirmation e-mail to my personal e-mail right then. I got my interview questions and submitted them as fast as I could.
    January 1st: I submitted my interview materials.
    January 2nd: They e-mailed me back with an interview time and date.
    January 3rd: I had my phone consultation with Tracy. It was supposed to be 20 minutes, but he spent 45 minutes with me. he was not only very professional, but kind. Due to my frustration with the job market and lack of experience, he took the time to explain the best plan of attack. Openings like my dream job are not only scarce, but nonexistent. The pool of applicants for those jobs are also much more dense.  I realized that my posted dream job might be gone by the time he finishes (because it does take at least a week), so we decided to have him write a resume for a career change I was hunting in. I said I would try and write my own dream job resume as it might be easier and faster because I know the subject. He would focus on the career change.
    January 15th: I called after a very uninspired week trying to write my dream job resume to see how it was going. I had been neglecting my mail box that morning because it was all insurance information after my car got hit, so I didn't realize he had in fact sent me my finished product. After having such a terrible day, I couldn't believe what I saw. He had done what seemed like the impossible in only seven business days. After reviewing the resume with my friends and family to see if we could make any final changes before they start working on the LinkedIn profile, we all came to the conclusion that I would be buying an expedited resume for my dream job too. I sent him an e-mail asking how much an expedited resume would be.
    January 16th (today!): I got a reply back early this morning. He will be making the necessary changes to my resume for the LinkedIn page. He also sent me a quote for an expedited resume. So for those of you on a time crunch, ask for this upgrade, because you'll see a turn around of four business days after the interview.
    Obviously, the whole package hasn't been completed yet because I decided to order another resume. I do have to say though, it is well worth it. I finally have a resume that I don't feel I have to constantly change before applying to employers. I have more confidence to apply for jobs. I also now have a resume that highlights my personal strengths. I can't describe how impressed I am with myself...a feeling I never thought I'd have again after a 3 year employment slump. This is all because of the hardwork of Tracy and his wonderful team.
