    I was extremely satisfied with the response and the care he took of the table.  He asked if there were any deadline. I said no.  I would say it took about 4-5 weeks for him to finish the table and chairs.  My concern was that it be done well and that concern was met.

    Patrick arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got right to work my Estonia baby grand. The piano hadn't been tuned in about 2 years so was a little pitchy. Patrick spent a little more time on the piano than normal but didn't charge for the additional time. Very professional service --  will use again and would definitely recommend to friends.

    BARON'S RELIABLE APPLIANCE SVC
    Not well at all. Went in and purchase a refrigerator based on professional measurements. I explained I wanted a white refrigerator with a bottom pull out freezer. I was shown one and the salesman said it would be perfect for my space. I also explained I needed the door to open left to right. I was told the refrigerator would be there on Thursday. This is the First refrigerator. It arrived and it was too big. I had to send back and stop the donation of old refrigerator. I was very upset and went back to the store. The salesman was very sorry and also stated it was his 3rd refrigerator that didn't fit that day. I brought a friend with me and I asked the salesman to look up her model refrigerator and he said he had it in white and was identical. I now purchased sight unseen since they had to order but felt comfortable since I new my friends refrigerator. This is now my second purchase and I was told it couldn't come for another 7 days. Again I asked for the door to open left tonight with a pull out freezer. I set up donation again and waited. Finally, day arrived and old refrigerator was emptied again and the 3 delivery men were rude and when I stated the door was not opening left to right they said call the salesman which I did and they unhappily changed door. When refrigerator finally was in the house it was smaller than ordered and parts were missing. I was very upset and the delivery men again stated call the salesman or we can just take it back. I called and the spoke with the manager Rob Williams who stated that I could change refrigerator and to keep it. I believed him and the old one was picked up for donation. After NUMEROUS calls I never received a call back from the MANAGER ROB WILLIAMS. I then went on barons web site and lodged a complaint and also chatted with a representative from and quot;amanaand quot; via web chat. The woman stated that they would note my complaints and sent me a site where I could get a missing part. Not until after did I receive and email from the MANAGER ROB WILLIAMS stating that he NEVER said he would call me back and then claimed I wanted the salesman fired. I still have email and plan to use it when filing with BBB. He also stated that he credited me for the missing pieces and the model of the refrigerator was updated. I wrote back stating that his sales staff should be more aware of the products they are selling and he should of called back which would of been the professional way to handle. Now I have a smaller refrigerator that I didn't want and missing parts that he told me to go buy? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY AND NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH BARONS.
    Update: It's a component that comes from the manufacturer, not the ice trays themselves. It's a component that holds ice trays so you have more room in your freezer.

    Restorers Without Borders
    Restorers game to my home (removed their shoes which I found so respectful!) and did an estimate for restoring my mother's 1940's bedroom set. We agreed on the price. So they took the furniture right then. They called me to come to the shop in order to consult with them about what stain color I wanted. When they took the furniture from my home, they told me this would be part of the process.  On my visit there I saw a busy workshop with an impressive staff of people working carefully on a wide array of furniture styles. 
    A couple of weeks later they said the furniture was ready for delivery. It's important to note that when I say 'they' I am referring to the owner, Jeff, and his business partner, Alfonso.
    Anyhow - Jeff and Alfonso personally delivered the bedroom set. It is beautiful!  They checked in with me to make sure I was pleased with each and every piece. They take great pride in their work. It is so beautiful that it's hard not to keep looking at it. They did a great job. I know my mother would be pleased too. The family will get to enjoy it for many more years.
    Besides their expertise they are terrific to work with both professional and personable. I'm delighted to have found this company.

    Gardner Mattress Factory Outlet
    We called them because the mattress was lumpier than it used to be. They sent a technician out to look at it and he said that this was not right. He said that they do not manufacture this anymore and that they would replace it. They came and picked it up the following week and took it out. The latex coir part was alright but the top of the mattress that was gone. They took it back to the factory prefabricated the whole new top and brought back it in the next two days. They took it on a Monday and it came back on a Wednesday. There were no questions asked, there was no delivery charge and it was so extraordinary how nicely they honored the warranty. They made a heck of a mattress. It was not a cheap mattress it would last for eternity. I thought it was not unjustly priced but the price was fair for what I was getting. It was a $2000 mattress, so I accepted it to last and not inexpensive.
