    Sigal has taught me what not to eat and what good foods to add beck in to my diet. Togreather we figured out that the key for me loosing was a 12 hr fast. More sleep and listening to my body. And that inadivable word excerize I've added in more real food primarily vegies. I've 100% eliminated; processed foods, junk food, and the Drive through. She as taught me how to not get starving and plan ahead for meals and snacks. I pay more attention now to calories at restrants so if your thinking if I do this weight loss I won't be eating out think again it's possible with thought and planing. Sigal is very easy to work with? Caring and listens to your issues. I'd highly recomend her to anyone wanting to look at nutrition issues. I kind of look at the time with her as a gift to me. To a happier longer life with fewer serious medical issues.

    Core Correctives provides the best personal training in the Boston area. Raisha is meticulous and comprehensive in her approach and it shows in the results. She takes a holistic view of health and fitness which includes elements of nutrition, flexibility, strength and cardio. The way these elements are balanced out in sessions will depend on your personal goals. I have been working on strength training and my fiancée has focused primarily on weight loss. We are both extremely pleased with our results so far. Raisha started us with individual fitness assessments then drew up unique, practical nutritional plans for each of us in a nutritional session. She provided us with home programs to work on outside of her sessions and these are adjusted as necessary depending on where the current focus is. She spent most of our earlier fitness sessions focusing on muscle release and flexibility to prepare our bodies for exercise. She also pays attention early on to small muscles that are underused in a modern lifestyle and therefore strain easily during exercise. She builds up slowly and safely from there and the results over time are genuinely impressive. Raisha does a lot of work on trigger points and deep tissue massage, especially early on. This type of work can be quite painful, particularly with muscles have atrophied or seized up over years of sitting at a desk or slouching on the sofa. Do not let that put you off! It's absolutely worth working through this part of the program because it's critical for avoiding injury and for general muscle health.  I suffered from pain and nerve problems in my back, chest and arms for many years and I was seeing little to no improvement while working with neurologists, drugs, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and acupuncturists. After a few months of working with Raisha these problems are almost all gone. My fiancée has struggled to lose weight on her own before. She has been successfully and progressively shedding the pounds since she started the program. She's feeling healthier and better overall now than she has in years.   Core correctives are on the expensive side but I believe that their program is great value when you take into account the preparation, the detailed approach and the results. We are both absolutely delighted about the work that Core Correctives has done with us. Neither of us would have any hesitation in recommending their service.

    I've been attending Dr. Wexler's practice for over a year and the practice is wonderful. I am able to get in and out for a quick adjustment if needed, but if I need some additional attention Dr. Wexler will take the time to listen and check in with me. The practice is not at all pushy with products but will gladly offer information and support if you need it. I see Dr. Wexler regularly but I have also spent time with Joan to discuss my nutrition concerns as well as received body and skin care attention. A much appreciated family friendly place!!

    The whole concept of hypnotizing into feeling as if I had gastric band surgery was intriguing and as one who doesn't like diets or exercise I figured, why not. I got my money's worth and more.  Paul has an incredible manner, knows his work and enjoys it.  I not only have lost close to 8 pounds in a month but mostly I am calmer, more focused and not the least bit interested in gooey deserts anymore.   The whole experience was, pardon the pun, mesmerizing.  Seriously, it was delightful, therapeutic and taught me ongoing life skills.  Great idea. Terrific person. Bravo.

    I had a fantastic experience working with Raisha. In the past, I have always hurt myself when beginning an exercise program. Raisha found the balance between being safe and pushing me to my limit. She built an individualized program for me that took into account all of my strengths and weaknesses. I felt very safe working with her, which gave me the confidence to push myself. Raisha is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent. She knows so much about health, fitness and nutrition that our sessions at times became a question and answer session. I learned so much from Raisha that will stick with me.
