    Worst service company ever!  A few days after Liebherr sent in the work order, I got a voicemail from Mr. Appliance telling me that although my appointment was in two weeks, they could come the next day.  No one had told me I had an appointment scheduled in two weeks, but okay.  I called back to confirm and the enormously rude woman who answers the phone there said that they certainly could not come the next day.  When I asked what time they had me scheduled for in two weeks, she said she didn't know yet but they'd email me the day before.  When I pointed out that the day before was a Sunday, she said they'd do it on Friday.
    Friday, Saturday, and Sunday came and went.  Monday morning I got an email saying my appointment was from 3:30-5:30.  I left work early, and when I returned home at 3:20 there was a business card in my door.  When I went inside, there were three messages on my home voicemail (they had my cell phone as well, but didn't call it), saying the repair man had come at 3:00, waited, and left.  
    I immediately called and was on hold for 6 minutes listening to how important customer service is to them and how they're never late for appointments (technically true, they were early).  When someone finally answered, it was the rude woman again.  Minor irritation -- she answers the phone by saying, "It's a great day at Mr. Appliance," in the most sour voice imaginable.  Then "hello", no "how can I help you", just silence.  I was pretty annoyed, so I explained the situation and asked how soon before the repair man could get back to the house.  She said that he'd already been there and left.  She said my appointment was from 8:00am-5:00pm (who would agree to that?!).  I told her that was not true, and I told her (again) about the email.  She said she didn't send it.  Okay, but someone did. I asked how soon he'd be back at my house, she said he would not be.  I asked to speak to her supervisor.  She put me on hold for another 5 minutes and then came back on herself to tell me he wouldn't be coming back.  I demanded to speak to her supervisor again, and she said she didn't have to put up with this and hung up on me!!  All of this was with the rudest tone imaginable, and no apologizing at all.  I was irritated from the moment I saw the card in my door, but if she'd been the slightest bit solicitous I would have been fine. 
    I called the corporate office and told the woman there that I needed them to solve the problem. I wanted a call from the franchise
    owner and never wanted to hear the other woman's voice again.  24 hours later, I've heard nothing.  There is no way I would ever use this company, except that apparently they have some kind of contract with Liebherr.  I'm not sure what hold this particular employee has over the company, but having now read the reviews on Yelp, she is a disaster.

    Brian was very responsive. He came on a Saturday as a normal work day. He was courteous, respectful and thoughtful. He was very reasonably priced as well. We would use him again for any appliance repair or service.

    Having Doyon's service our Viking stove/oven was a great experience! How often do you feel that way about any service call?
    We found Doyon's via an internet search for Viking appliance repair. We had a scheduled service call for the following Wednesday because we didn't feel the Viking stove that came with our newly purchased house was working well. This afternoon I received a call that they had a cancellation and could fit us within 30 minutes. I arrived at the house when their service person (Jerry) did.
    Jerry was personable, polite, professional (all the 'p' words!) and really a joy to spend the afternoon with. He immediately got to work, taking apart each of the pieces, explaining to me what each did, if it was still available and how to clean and care for it. He also had great advice about baking with the stove and the nuances I might encounter. He correctly diagnosed the issue (Maytag part installed in a Viking oven) and corrected a few other situations he found. Worth the money and more to have it all explained to me - I feel much more comfortable with the appliance now. Jerry even took time to find the model and serial number and wrote it down for me and assured me if anything is wrong within the next 30 days, that they come out for free.
    It has been a really long time since I have had such good service and attention to detail and have never experienced it from a large box store. You just won't find that level of expertise elsewhere. I will definitely be looking to them for our next appliance purchase even though Reading is not convenient to us; however, Jerry did inform me that they recently opened a store in Bedford, which is a bit closer.
    I would highly recommend giving Doyon's a try. I'm shocked by the older negative reviews. I couldn't be happier (well if Jerry washed my windows as well, I might have been a bit happier...but it wasn't part of the service call).

    our refrigerator does not feel cold. i called Jim and he was able to come and take a look the next day. He was on time and well prepared. It turns out the fan was broken. Since he has the parts ready in his van, he can just fix it right there, instead of coming back again. His labor price is reasonable. Overall, I am pretty happy with my experience and I strongly recommend him.

    Peter gave me good advice over the phone, then ordered the parts. We schedule a tentative date for the repair. That morning the part did not come in yet but later in the day as soon as it came in he called and came to do the repair. He did an efficient and neat job, the range now was working. His bill was exactly what he told me it would be. In the breakdown of charges though I saw that there was both an $150 hourly charge and $85 service call charge. So the total labor charge was $235 for one hour of work. Although I think this is excessive, he did quote me the total charge over the phone and I agreed to it.So I really cannot complain about that.

    I called them and left a message and he responded to that message in 5 minutes, to which I was very impressed with. He was able to come within an hour and a half of my first call and it was wonderful. He kept me informed as the part was delivered a little later than expected. After he fixed the problem, I noticed that there still was a leak, so I called him the next day and he came in an hour to check it. He suggested certain things that I could do to fix it as it was a plumbing issue. He took his time to figure out the issue and he never charged a thing. He was very conscientious and he said that he always wanted to make sure that he did his job. Overall I was very pleased.

    The woman who helped me was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The larger sources I called, such as G.E., Sears, and the larger parts hot lines were unable to locate what I needed to find. I'm certain that the difference is because Atlantic Appliance is an old-fashioned (if big!), hands-on company whose staff are more familiar with the various appliances and parts. The larger sources use telephone and catalogs, and my guess is that they don't know much about the actual appliances in question (though of course I don't know that for sure).
