We engaged Ideal movers to remove two very heavy couches from the house and move a very heavy kitchen island up one floor. In addition they moves a number of other smaller pieces of furniture either out of the house or elsewhere in the house. The workers were on time, polite, very professional, fast, clean, and friendly. I have used Ideal Movers at least 9 times in the last 12 years, sometimes for residential movers, and at other times to move my business into various locations as we grew in size. Ideal Movers, Garrison & Jose were fabulous ! I had to move some things from Holyoke to Northampton and ended up needing them to go back again once I thought we had everything and even though our time was running out, they made it work ! They took great care with everything, were very professional and very nice. I highly recommend them !
