Hands down, the best in The Valley!

    Their web site said an interior job would take half a day, but when I took the car there, they said it was going to be all day.  However, they got it ready for me in half a day anyway even though they said they wouldn’t be able to do it and the job they did was fabulous.

    We like them. The only trouble is now they have changed over because of GM being what it is. They used to be GMC Cadillac and Pontiac. GM got rid of the Pontiacs; we used to like Pontiacs. I have no problems with Burke. We like them very much. It's GM that I'm not crazy about anymore. They have helped us out in the past. Sometimes when we've really been in a bind or had an emergency they would take us right in. We have just gotten to have a very good rapport with them. I have gotten to trust them. Their professionalism, service and cleanup has always been very good. At times, they have asked if I wanted to have the car washed. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. The service has been very good. With regard to price, they are comparable to other places. They are not the lowest or the highest. I think that they are fair. The quality has been good. If something went wrong, they would fix it if there was something on their side. They would always follow through on it. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

    They are very honest. They will not try to sell you a repair or maintenance that you don't need, and they are very knowledgeable about these imported vehicles. Their work is not cheap, but the value for the dollar is excellent.

    Lia took in our car for service on the same day I called--in desperation. This Acura was about to be sold, and we wanted to make sure it was and quot;up to snuff.and quot; This required replacing the timing belt, which we were dismayed to learn was quite expensive to do. Desiree, the service manager on duty, was extremely helpful and courteous and, knowing our dilemma about paying for something we would not get the benefit from in the sale cost, found a $75 coupon that we could apply to the invoice. In the end, what could have cost us $850-$1000 cost us and quot;onlyand quot; (!) $761. Crazy to say, but we were delighted at that price!

    As always, Joe Walt was very informative about what the car needed and why.  He also spoke further to me about the mechanical features of the car and how I might wish to sell it privately, since I had purchased a new car to replace it.  I very much appreciate the time that he took to discuss my Acura with me, and I was buoyed by his enthusiasm about the car and its exceptional quality.  In addition, he told me about his business' "green" and environmentally progressive procedures in recycling auto parts and fluids, which made Walt Bros. even more appealing to me to do business with.

    Despite the fact that we had to sell one car in order to buy this next one, Lia remained flexible and cooperative in giving us sufficient time to get everything together. The sales rep (Phil) called continuously to see how we were doing in our efforts to sell the and quot;oldand quot; car, and was willing to set the date for the and quot;newand quot; car pickup several days in the future to accommodate us. The staff there (Rahb, Darren) were easy to work with, and very pleasant all 'round.

    They've been very good for us as far as furnishing the vehicles. I think we've got a fair price. And we get our cars serviced there too. And at times when I have an emergency, they will find a way to get me in very quickly. So, I've been very please with their service.

    They are very friendly and inviting. They offer a nice environment and coffee while you wait. They checked my battery, said it looks like, but even advised me that it was okay to get a second opinion. They were not pushy at all.
