  • This "businessman", and I use the term loosely, took 3 weeks to fix my car, then after I paid him, he told me it wasn't a priority for him because he felt he wasn't making enough money from me, yet charged me $1k for doing a fraction of the things I asked, which is why it took 3 weeks to get my car back. Further, he broke the horn on my vehicle, which I was selling, lied to me about it, stated he would find the part needed and fix it. Only, I never heard from him again after NUMEROUS attempts to contact him and had to go elsewhere and then chase him to make good on the repair fees, only to have him pay me what HE felt was reasonable, not the charge I actually incurred, and was insulting, threatening, and completely unprofessional in his correspondence.I have all the emails to back this up. I advise staying far far away from this business and not deal with someone as unprofessional and childish as this man is. Some screen shots of emails attached. I truncated some so you will immediately see the tone and language. You will also note he claims he doesn't check his email at all and that's why he never replied (even though he said he was looking for the part and never bothered to follow up weeks later), yet he doesn't miss a beat in responding to my inquiries for reimbursement. Even after admitting he is now ignoring my emails where I am seeking full restitution, he is STILL responding. So, it makes me wonder when he says he doesn't check his emails for weeks (note this is his business email address), which is supposedly why he didn't respond in the first place about repairing my damaged horn, but doesn't miss a beat responding now, even though he admits to now ignoring my emails. In addition, he threatened me by saying he'd contact my employer to try to get me fired. What kind of businessman does that? Please, take my advice and find another business to repair your car and save yourself a huge hassle later if something goes wrong.

  • Less than ideal - called and explained the issue and they were upset because I honestly rated the dealer with Ford. Because of that I was told they would do their best to get me in, but if there were any issues with the service I had to promise to not complain or say anything negative. Needless to say I went elsewhere. They've lost a loyal customer over this.

  • Sales staff and process was horrendous. I test drove a car I liked but wanted to think about it. I called the next day to ask a few more questions. Left voicemail - no answer. Left a message with the sales desk who assured me that my salesperson would call me back - no call back. Tried the sales desk again who finally tracked down the sales person. I asked my question, he didn't have the answer and said he would call me back in 10 minutes...never did. This went on for 3 days. I finally got fed up and asked to speak with his manager who eventually did call me back. Instead of apologizing he immediately told me the that price had gone up $400. I though my head would explode. I asked him why they were making it so hard for me to buy a car and his response was that they weren't making it hard and wondered why I was so upset over $400. Talk about missing the point! I ended up buying the car ONLY because the price was right but I will not be going to this dealership for service. Buyers be warned!

  • Found Chris?s shop on Angie?s list when I had to have a flat tire repaired.  I found the shop to be very clean, and the employees friendly and helpful.  At first it was thought that the tire just needed to be plugged as there was a nail in it.  Unfortunately after it was plugged, it was discovered that it was still losing air.  (I had been losing and replacing air in the tire for some time, just hadn?t gotten it looked at.  My bad)  When they went to fix the seal it was found that the tire had been too badly damaged from being run flat so often, and a new tire was needed.  They gave me a list of tire choices and ordered a new tire.  It was a good experience.  I stopped in with no appointment, and they couldn?t have been nicer.  They kept offering a loaner car if I needed it, and they applied the amount spent on each prior repair to the cost of the next repair and finally to the cost of the tire.  I will definitely use them again.

  • They worked our truck into their schedule the day before a holiday (much appreciated), successfully diagnosed a tricky problem (tricky because the engine was mis-firing but didn't set a "check engine light" code), & got the work done on time.

I brought our 2002 Chevy cavalier to them for a 2nd opinion,(due to damage from this winters road conditions),our 1st opinion was that it was beyond repair,but I was hoping to get another year or two out of it .chris took a look at it for us and said they could fix it and quoted us the price. it made sense to me to go ahead and fix it. and they did a great job and had it done quicker than I thought it would take. I am pleased to find a local auto repair shop that I feel I can trust for a change! look forward to doing more business with them in the future...

  • I don't feel like they're gouching me or anything like that if they tell me I need an extra stuff after an oil change.  We've gone i there for an oil change. They're friendly and efficient. They're a Dodge dealership for my new car but I have two Toyotas so they take care of those. I don't usually have to wait too long, they'll come out and explain why.

  • Have used this service for nearly 15 years. Bill has serviced our vehicles which have ranged from a Mercedes - Honda Civic - Jeep Wrangler. Bill is the most above board, honest auto mechanic (also does motorcycles) that we've used. My cars; my wife's and my sons' vehicles have been serviced by Bill.

  • The person answering the phones was polite and it was fast and easy scheduling an appointment.  The car was test driven and then I was called and told what the problem was and how much it would cost.  My son likes to see the bad parts, but there was a core charge for the cluster of $100. if I wanted the old part back.  We skipped this in the end. Email was used to confirm my appointment and you can book appointments online.  You can choose how to be notified either by email or phone.
