Excellent- Carlos did a superb job replacing my front steps and walkway. He communicated each step of the process with me and made sure that I was completely satisfied. It was a pleasure working with Carlos from the beginning to the end of the project. I would definitely recommend Carlos to anyone looking for masonry work to done.

    LUNKERS OUTFITTERS
Work went great. Very professional. I got an astoundingly quick response to my quote request which immediately set them apart from every other contractor I've tried to hire for various projects. They came out to evaluate the job within a few days, and we set a date for the repairs by the end of the meeting. They showed up on time, the work was completed promptly, with only a minor delay because of rain, which they were prepared for.

Doug and his team did a fantastic job on our wall! From the scoping process to estimate which we had to work through our insurance agency Doug was responsive and followed through. Doug and his team were diligent workers finishing the project under the time allocated and his work is superlative. I would highly recommend Doug, his team and his services.

Doug was very professional and his workmen were very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. We ended up with a beautiful granite front entrance to our home. We are only sorry we did not do this years ago since it really upgrades the entrance to our house. I highly recommend D. Pacheco

    Ebenezer Landscape Inc
Stone paver edging was installed around the contours of the driveway and entrance walkway very nicely. It looks fantastic! I recommended Ebenezer to some of friends and contacts. One of them contracted a stone wall/fencing project ( about $50,000 value) which looks awesome around the new lawn space that was well landscaped!

    SRS Construction & Landscape
Silvio and his crew were phenomenal. We hired SRS to take a train wreck and turn it into a paradise, and they did just that, at a great value. These guys arent necessarily the cheapest around but their work is well worth it, top notch quality in execution. I also appreciated Silvios vision and input, which helped take the ideas I had and improve them to improve the overall final product. 10/10 would hire again.

    Phalan Construction & The Handyman
Bob did everything just right. He answered my emails timely and provided ample detail as to how he works, his billing, and his schedule. Once we discussed the projects to be done, Bob let me know his availability. He texted the night before he was to arrive and then again in the morning. Once at my house, we walked through the projects, and he set to work. Bob brings a well stocked van so he never had to go back to the shop to get something. While working, Bob put down protect cloths and was very good at cleaning-up. Bob moved from project to project and did not waste time chatting. He moved quickly and efficiently. Never once did Bob try to up-sell me or push to expand my project list. Bob completed five projects in 1 1/2 days that would have taken me several weekends. I recommend Bob without reservation. I will have him back to tackle more projects soon.

    Masstone Landscape Construction Inc.
I had brick risers and steps for my front porch which had been repaired several times in the past. I decided to have this problem fixed altogether. I had the brick replaced with stone risers and bluestone treads and landing. Massstone completely took out the brickwork and replaced the stairs in just 3 days of work. Their price was very competitive with other estimates I received. They came when they said they would and cleaned up all the debris. Their stone work people were quite good and the results look terrific. They also had to disassemble some of the pavers of sidewalk and they replaced that as well. They also saved some of the old bricks and slate at my request, and placed it where I indicated. The only flaw was one scratch on a bluestone tread, which they say will wear out with weather. (We'll see). So far, the whole thing looks terrific. Their advice is not to use any salt in winter and not to put pots directly onto the bluestone, except if there is a saucer underneath.

    Masonry & More Inc
We asked Masonry & More to install a new walkway from our driveway to our front door, as our old walkway was in very rough shape. We were very pleased with the result. We first obtained several quotes, and Cartegiane's quote was reasonable and competitive. He met with us and gave us a book from which to choose samples. He later dropped off a number of pavers for us to evaluate at our leisure. During this time, Cartegiane communicated with us effortlessly via email. Once we selected the pavers, we scheduled the installation. There were a few delays during the installation process. They may have been partly due to the weather. The installation was done in multiple phases over a period of 1-2 weeks, comprising numerous visits (deconstruction of the old walkway, leveling, laying crushed stone, pouring concrete, laying out and placing the pavers, adding the polymeric sand). Cartegiane and his team were extremely professional, and painstaking in their attention to detail. They spent hours laying out the pattern, consulting with us all along about little changes we might want to make. It was obvious that they took great pride in their work, both artistically, and with their precision. We really felt that we got our money's worth, considering the time invested, the level of care, and the multiple visits (probably about 7, all told). The walkway looks wonderful. There were a few minor issues. It turned out that a small section of asphalt unexpectedly needed to be cut and filled (which Cartegiane's team did) due to a gap where the walkway met the driveway at an angle, which perhaps could have been avoided with a layout adjustment (and considerable effort). And the poly sand was installed at an unfortunate time, just an hour before forecasted rain, which required that we put a tarp over the walkway to protect the sand. But Cartegiane even stopped by the next day to check that the rain had not caused any damage, which it hadn't. We were delighted with the service and our new front walk! We would not hesitate to use Masonry & More again for future projects.

Beyond expectations! Patient, professional, experienced, full of great ideas, super responsive. We were way out of our league on this one and Dean educated us every step of the way, especially with things we didn't know to ask. We needed to pull in irrigation and pool help and that magically happened. The guys worked crazy long hours in ridiculously hot conditions and ALWAYS greeted us with kind, genuine smiles. They left a meticulously clean job site each and every night. We have complete trust and confidence in Dean, his team, their expertise and highly recommend them!
