I know they're very honest because after they did that I had a concern about my brakes. They checked it out and said nothing needed to be replaced or anything it was just, my car sat while I was on vacation, so it started making a weird noise. I think rust built up or something. I drove it for a few days, and it went away on its own. They could have very easily ripped me off and said yeah they needed to do something that they didn't need to do. They were honest, nothing needed to be done.

There's one company in?Framingham that we all use. ?We have been with Murphy's for probably about 30 years. ?They're very good. ?We have a lot of confidence in them. ?On punctuality at exactly the time they said it's going to be ready, it was ready.

They did it immediately. They are fantastic. We bought a car from here a couple weeks ago. They are top notch, and we only go here for car maintenance. We have been going here for 10 years now. They are a family owned business since 1922.

It’s a family business, third generation and the father and son run the business. It’s not a franchise and they feel tremendous responsibility towards their employees and the customers. The mechanics are terrific, they’ve worked there for a long time. It’s a good place to work, it’s a good business. There is great communication between the mechanic and the customer. I am able to get scheduled repairs right away.

Great experience. The service advisor was patient as I asked him to go over my options a few times on consecutive days. It's a big decision. He looked into the value of my car for scrap, looked for a buyer, and looked for a used transmission. I ended up having them install a used transmission. It was the Thursday before Christmas when I gave the go ahead, and they ended up finishing it Friday afternoon. That was helpful. Here is the best part. After a few days I noticed fluid leaking from under my car. It was not pink or I would have called them right away. After a week, I determined it was power steering fluid. I called Bonded and told them that this leak started right after the transmission service. It was not there before or they would have seen it. And it was dripping from the center of the car between the front wheels. I asked them to take a look at it, and tell me whether it was was caused by their work. I told them I was relying on their good reputation to give me an honest answer. After taking a look, they told me the leak was not caused by them, but they still fixed it for me free of charge.

It went excellently! I think they are very fair and reasonably priced. They also have a lot of experience, which I value. They are a small shop but they know how to diagnose things well. I would definitely recommend them.

Doris made an appointment within 2 days of my call requesting if possible to have the owner bring the car in early - we all agreed 7:30am. Steve put the car on the lift and told me of his findings and also told the owner. You have to understand that I live 60 mi. (1 hr 15 min. Away) have never used Linskys service, indeed do not know where it is and have never laid eyes on Steve. I emailed several points of concern on the undercarriage in advance and Steve responded to each. On two occasions I attempted to give my credit card number for charges incurred - they would not accept it - they performed the assessment at no charge. In these modern times this is unbelievable - fast accommodation, for a stranger and at no charge. I selected Linskys because of their AAA certification and because the vehicle owner works in Gloucester, I hope locals will patronize them too. Thank you very much Doris and Steve !

Found my car dead in my garage and called Jeff to see if I could have it towed there.  Before calling for the tow truck, Jeff had me go through a bunch of diagnostics over the phone to troubleshoot the problem.  He said to call AAA and possibly they could get it going...if not, then have it towed to him.  AAA was a no-go, so off to WD.
Once there, Jeff diagnosed the problem in no time and also saw that my tires were in extremely bad shape, I had been putting them off, but didn't realize just how bad they were!  He recommended a longer wearing tire for me.
This is the 3rd time I've gone to Wheel Dynamix.  The first time was for an automatic starter, a MUST have in New England! The second time because my emergency brake failed inspection and I brought it to Jeff because I liked the service I got with the starter.
When Jeff checked out my emergency brake, he called me ask me if I had done any other brake work recently.  I remembered that a few months back I had pads replaced.  He told me that during that brake job they didn't reassemble my emergency brake and I should take it back to them, which is what I did.  A dishonest person might have just fixed the e-brake, but not Jeff.
If you want an honest mechanic and honest service, go to Wheel Dynamix.

Very honest, reasonably priced and performs quality work. As an older woman w/ a 15 years old car, I trust Ed (and his crew) not to take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge or my pocketbook. He has saved my old Mitsubishi, finances and my sanity more times than I can count. Once asked him how long can I expect my car to run? His reply was that he can make it run forever...and I trust that he can. BTW, I recently moved to Framingham and I am willing to get my car to West Medford, even if I have to get it towed there (hasn't happened yet - but you never know when that may be needed ) as I highly trust him.
