    Just Bathrooms
We love our new bathroom!!! Just Bathrooms did an amazing job doing a complete bathroom renovation in our home. We hired Just Bathrooms after receiving a detailed quote for their services, something which other contractors who gave us estimates did not provide. The project was run smoothly from start to finish and on time. Very neat and orderly as well!! Just bathrooms was also so helpful to make some additional repairs we needed in our home and were very kind with their pricing and happy to help. Thank you Just Bathrooms!!

    Hmmm, how it did go...
    Smoothly is the ideal word.
As we only have the one bathroom, Cam arranged for a port-a-potty.  Unfortunately its December but its been a balmy 50 degrees.  Unfortunately, it decided that weekend to go to minus 300, but hardly his fault.  :)  Heh.
But seriously, him and his crew arrived the day it was to begin and started making a list of everything they needed, went over details, decided what to keep and what to toss.  By the end of the first hour Cam was on his way to go shopping, and Adam and Carlos were destroying my bathroom! :)
End of the first day, bathroom was completely gutted.
Then every morning till it was done, the team was there on or before 7am to get to work and  one of my dogs Bubba was there to greet them.  One thing I do insist on as I run a dog charity Kane's Krusade is that my contractors are dog friendly.  Bubba was crated during the heavy moving of items but otherwise roamed free.  Both the guys played with him as time allowed.  Bubba trained Carlos well to play football with him.
Since Cam promised me the bathroom would be done by Christmas, even on Saturday morning, Carlos came and put in a few hours tiling the floor.  We added some extra work to replace the subfloor completely and that made up for time.  Awesome.
They kept the bathroom vanity I liked and fixtures, and cleaned, polished, and stained them as needed and replaced and recaulked the vanity top as they had to remove it to get it out of the room.  Crown molding was installed, new baseboards were stained to match thruout, and a new light and fan combo installed which gave new life to the room.
By Wednesday, exactly a week after they started they were finished, two days before Christmas.  Everything was cleaned up well in the bathroom and the basement where they connected the bathtub drain.
Shiny coat of new paint finished the job.
Very well done, five stars all around for the work, and the crew was just fun to have in the house all week.
    Bubba misses Carlos too. :)
    Highly recommended.

    PerfectView Remodeling LLC
Louis Cook, the general contractor or main contact at Perfectview was the same person I dealt with from start to finish.  He presented himself professionally from beginning to end.  The architect they worked with was accommodating to my requests and gave me several different scenarios to choose from.  Ruth was very helpful in choosing fixtures, cabinetry and the like.
The cost estimate provided at the beginning was pretty close to where the final cost came in.  However, I did delay the project for about 8 months from my initial meeting with Lou, and the cost went up about 5%.
For the most part, all subcontractors were courteous, prompt, and intelligent.  There was a delay during the middle of the project that was frustrating.  Things couldn't get done until the plumber did what he had to do, and that plumber wasn't available for whatever reason, so nothing seemed to be happening, which was frustrating.  The 6-8 week estimate given at the beginning of the project turned into 10-12 weeks.  I would suggest to Perfectview that if this situation arises again, they have a stand-by plumber (or whoever is holding up the job) available to step in and pick up where the first person left off.
Lou was very accommodating to me.  For example, when they demolished the old deck, a hole in the foundation was apparent.  Since the deck was gone, rainwater was getting into the cellar through that hole.  Lou had that taken care of, and that was NOT in my contract nor was I charged for it.  There were other things done as well, little things, that weren't in the contract and I wasn't charged for, and I would like to thank Lou for that.
If there were any concerns we had, they were addressed pretty quickly to our satisfaction.
The only other suggestion I would have is that Perfectview inform potential customers that if they need to use a credit card to pay for some or all of the work, they be informed of the corresponding surcharge.
Overall, we are very pleased with the work done by Perfectview and their subcontractors, and would definitely work with them again.
Special thanks to Ron, Kurt, Ruth, Brian and Mike....especially Mike!
