    ALLEN TILE
Perfectly! I had recently become disabled and was taking my showers in a chair, with only suction cup grab bars to steady myself on. Kevin very kindly worked me into his busy schedule right away. He arrived right on time and, as he always does, got right to work. Kevin was done in the time I figure it would take me to do one. All are exactly where I wanted them and all are rock solid. BTW I had researched grab bars and purchased them myself.

    Stannah Stairlifts Inc
Stannah responded immediately. The sales person was great, came and took measurements, and showed me all available options without pushing extras. Explained everything including pricing well. He was able to have our install scheduled within a week as my mother was unable to leave our home until the lifts were in. Install day was great. Brad was our installer, and he was amazing. We had many people in and out, as he was installing the two lifts. He was patient, and very kind, and explained everything so well. He was great with my elderly mom. My basement door was causing problems, and Brad worked on it until it was exactly right, and safe even though it kept him well past his leaving time. He vacuumed and cleaned up before leaving, so there was nothing for us to do but try the lifts. I will request Brad for service and repair in the future. The lifts are amazing. Easy for my elderly mother to use, well made, very sturdy, and quiet as well. It has made our lives so much better and given my mother back her freedom. I would recommend Stannah to anyone looking for a quality lift, with great service and warranties.

    Stairlift Headquarters
We bought a used stairlift for my 82-year old mom who now needs help on the stairs. When the stairlift malfunctioned, we called Shawn, not knowing whether he would be receptive to helping service a used unit. He was so responsive, caring toward us and my mom, and competent! He had us up and running - even texting me back at one point way after hours to make sure I had the information I needed. I give this company the highest rating, and am very grateful for their caring service.

    Perry Brothers Construction
The work done to convert a rundown garage into a cozy cottage was extensive.  The project was completed on time which was crucial because a disabled person was ready to move in.  Bill Perry was always available to answer our questions either on site or by phone.  The outstanding craftsmanship that was obvious by the end of the project fulfilled our expectations. Thanks to Bill and his crew!

    Stairlift Headquarters
I contacted StairLift Headquarters in early January as I was having foot surgery the end of the Month and needed to make arrangements for a chair lift to my accessory apartment in my home. I was most interested in the rental verses buying. After much research I decided to give them a call. It was rather last minute but they went out of their way to contact me back right away. Karen from the office contacted me via e-mail. The staircase and entry was rather complex for this type of set up but after several e-mail exchanges with some photos they sent out a tech to take some measurements. As it turns out they had a way to install the lift. They gave me a quote on the spot. The quote was very clear and I had a choice to rent with option to purchase. Their terms were very flexible and I was quite happy with them. I contacted them the next day to say I wanted to have the chair installed, but my surgery was coming up within a week. Karen was able to schedule the installation of the chair 2 days prior to my surgery. The installer was on time, did an excellent job on the installation and explained to me how to operate the chair and answered all of my questions. I had such peace of mind knowing the chair was available when I came home from surgery. I'm now 5 weeks out from surgery and just had the chair removed. The tech who came out was every bit as efficient and professional as the installer. I could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. Karen in the office went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone I dealt with was professional & pleasant. Their attention to detail and customer service was 1st class. If you are in need of a chair lift I would highly recommend StairLift Headquarters. S.Cornell Wilmington, MA

    Lift & Care Systems Inc
Lift and Care installed a walk-in shower for her which made her life incredibly better! She was very nervous getting in and out of the old shower but as soon as the new one was put in she was much happier. The shower is beautiful and fully equipped to accommodate all disabilities. Mom's personal care workers also love the shower since it helps them help my mother in safer ways. The installation went very smoothly. Lift and Care did everything well and cleaned up after. The bathroom was gleaming. We are very happy with Lift and Care. Awesome people!

They had excellent service. The salesman that was servicing our needs, went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right wheelchair. He was knowledgable, professional, and thorough. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

    Operation Independence, LLC
My husband suffered a spinal injury and was being treated at a rehab facility about three weeks ago when we learned he would not be able to climb stairs for some time, a situation that required a quick fix to our handicapped-unfriendly house. I sent an email to Rick  Castino on the Sunday before Patriot's Day, imagining I would hear back after the holiday. Instead, Rick called me shortly after i sent the email and we arranged to meet at my house the next day. I was immediately impressed with Rick's knowledge and professionalism. He examined the stairways carefully accessing the requirements of the job. To my relief, Rick said even the narrow staircase from the basement to the first level could be fitted with a stair chair. He also checked the outlets to plug in the chairs with minimal wires showing.  He measured a back room for a ramp, if we decided we needed that, and checked the upstairs bathroom in preparation for attaching a grab rail over the tub. Although I had contacted another potential contractor for an assessment of our house, I decided that Rick's company was the one that I wanted to hire and cancelled the other appointment. Not only did Rick satisfy my need for an experienced contractor, but he assured me he could install the lower level chair, the one my husband needed to get up to the living level of the house, by the Friday of that week. And he did! Rick & his crew arrived Friday morning as agreed and they installed the first chair. I left the men to work in the house while I visited my husband. I was delighted to come home and find the chair installed. Rick came over on Saturday morning to show me how to use the chair and in response to my concern about an electricity issue because some of the rooms (not the kitchen) lacked power. Rick checked his work and the connections as well as our circuit breakers and could not find the problem, but offered to send over an electrician he trusted if my regular guys were unavailable to help. Fortunately, Fitzmaurice of Arlington was able to fix the problem that had occurred behind the circuit board, a quick fix that may have been a coincidence or a surge from the outlet used to power the lower level chair, since we did not ever use that outlet for other purposes. I was so impressed that Rick came over to help with the problem on Saturday morning. It was not anything his crew did, but he still wanted to help me solve it. They installed the 2nd chair on Monday and on Wednesday attached the grab rail. Rick said he would await our decision regarding a ramp for the back room and any other improvements we were still considering to make our home handicap accessible. My husband came home that Wednesday evening to a house with stair chairs that worked perfectly. Rick Castino is my hero!

    Living Free Home Boston Stairlifts
George was professional, provided a complete explanation of his product and did a great sales job. His cost was more than competitive (almost $1,000 less than other quotes). His staff were on time, did a great job installing the system. It works fine and more than meets our expectations.

They did a great job and my knees love them. The workers were clean, eager, picked up after themselves, were on time, and they were very good. The quality was beautiful. We had a problem with one of them and they came right out.
