  • I had e-mailed this company to come out and give a cost estimate. First they were a day or two late without a call or e-mail until I initiated it.When they came out, they promised me a quote within a day. It has been over a week no response. I have also tried e-mailing the company and no request. This place in my opinion is not reliable. Hence their professionalism in my opinion is not good where I have not heard from anyone since that one time. It saddens me because I have never written a bad report but..

  • LG front loading washer bought in 2010. I had to wait a couple of days before they could get to me but once they came it was fixed quickly, (water pump). I had to use them once before on the same washer, it had been under a 5 yr. extended warranty and only had about a month left on it when the door clip broke so it would not lock. That time they came out quickly and had it fixed right away as well. I have recommended them to a couple of other people and they were happy to get their appliances working again :)

  • They arrived at 7:30PM, the appointment time scheculed and they were gone by 7:55PM with the job completed.
    A but pricey but they work in pairs, this freed up the technician who was actually on the floor doing the job to keep working while the second tech went to their truck to retrieve replacement parts. So I paid for two men but a single man would have been on the job longer so it's likely the cost would have been the same. Nobody bills by the 1/2 hour, one man would have been there beyong the first hour and I would have been billed for two hours either way. In short, they were on time, very efficient and very polite. I'd use this company anytime and would recommend them to anyone.

  • Bob did some troubleshooting and was able to determine that there was no issue with the ice maker other than it was not getting water.  It turned out that the filter needed to be replaced.  He was able to ascertain the problem and fix the issue quickly.  He charged me for labor for one person (even though he had a helper with him) and for the replacement filter.

  • I called at 8:00am to request service. The woman who answered the phone took my information and scheduled me for a service call. She explained that the tech would call me about 30 minutes before arriving at my house. He called at 9:30 am and said he'd arrive in 45 minutes. He was on time. He assessed the situation, gave me a quote and completed the work in under an hour. He was very polite, professional and left no signs of having done work in my basement.
