AWe Show UpWhile we had some hiccups organizing around COVID with the original dates being cancelled due the lockdown, once we had a schedule confirmed, everything went as planned. Everything began and ended on time, team did a great job- they maintained a very clean space which was hard given the small space I live and work from. AStoneside Blinds & Shades-BostonThe process was very smooth and easy. I had never had professional shades installed, and after years of frustration with funky, faulty shades, I decided to get professional help. Everything was extremely easy to schedule, from Dana who first came out to meet me and show me the options for shades, then to the installer who came out both to measure and then install the shades when they arrived. Because the shades are put into production when you order, it does take over a month for them to arrive and be installed, which didn't really bother me terribly. Everyone who came in was fully protected with masks and the installer wore booties to protect the hard wood floors. I think these are fairly pricey shades, but I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of all involved.- Magda S.

ABLINDS R' USJim was very efficient and professional. He always arrived on time and worked really fast. When he came to give us a quote, he brought samples and was very knowledgeable about the products. He produced a quote on the spot and gave by far the lowest price that we got (we did not get quotes for the exact same product from other contractors though). AMelanie Murphy InteriorsThe upgrade exceeded my expectation. This was a room that was relegated to an office space, after my adult son moved out. I neglected to replace the shade bc life got busy. After my moms stroke, I moved her into my home and reverted this room back into a bedroom. The shade was the first thing that needed to go, bc it was dilapidated. Melanie came to the rescue with Hunter Douglas and my mom and I could not be happier. We are most grateful for the short span of time from production of the shade with my choice of fabric and speedy installation from Roger, who is very skillful and within minutes, Roger had installed the shade and was back in his truck and on the road. That guy wasted no time in your home. I showed him the room, he took the old stuff out and in no time was in with the new. Many who saw the room before, and after, immediately remark at how the new shade opens and brightens the entire room. I am pleased at how easily it functions!!- Kathryn G.

AThe Tech arrived in the morning for the install. We had removed previous shades and curtains so that access to each window was easy. The Tech came prepared with all the tools he’d need; (1) a light powerful drill; (2) Level; (3) Pencil; (4) Measuring Tape. The install went very well. The Tech was familiar with the intricacies of installing window treatment hardware and didn’t run into any issues. We will definitely hire WOW MEDIA again !

AThis is the 5th time that I've used Reggie for new windows and (or) vinyl siding replacement. This latest job was replacement of 50 new windows and 5 new storm doors on a large 2 family residential building. As I have come to expect, the job quote was very reasonable and high quality results with excellent professionalism, responsiveness and communication along the way. AI hired Carlos and his team to reconstruct my front porch and replace some rotten fascia and trim around my roof. Carlos comes with a wealth of experience and was able to accurately estimate the job. He was respectful of my budget and worked with me to accommodate my needs. He was easy to communicate with, extremely punctual with everything I needed on my end, and kept a close eye on the job until it was complete. His team was meticulous and thorough, and the craftsmanship of their work was outstanding. They were also sure to leave my house clean and organized each night when they left, which was very appreciated.
