He returned my call immediately and tried to trouble shoot the problem via text (I took pictures of all the parts as I had taken lock apart) Gordon told me “If It is a simple fix, I will walk you through how to fix”. Well it turned out to be pretty complex ( lock was likely original to house) so Gordon came out to our house the next day and luckily He was able to repair it and saved us a ton on money. AIt went great! Appreciated that Joe had his crew come out very quickly as work needed doing asap. Work was done in about 1/2 day which was quite impressive considering they had to install about 200 ft of shoe molding to cover up space between baseboard and floor where floor had sagged a bit. And they put insulation behind the new molding to cut down on drafts! Much appreciated.

AAlan and his crew are fantastic! They were punctual each day, worked efficiently and did excellent work. We live in an old colonial and had three rooms painted , one with cracks in the wall and a flaking ceiling. They look like new- they really go the extra mile with prep and sanding. Very happy with the painting. I also appreciated their respect for safety protocols (my project was completed during the pandemic), his crew was respectful and professional.
