We were so impressed with dealing with Bruce from our initial meeting and it wasn’t hard to make our decision. Done Right’s staff were diligent, astute and we’re very neat throughout the entire process. They were attentive, flexible and extremely hard working. Always making sure that we were comfortable and well informed during the entire project! Bruce turned our backyard into a 5-Star Resort that we will enjoy for many years to come. The hardscape around the pool that Bruce recommended has not only added value to our home but also gave us so much more outdoor living space then we could’ve imagined possible to give us an entirely different feel. He also installed a custom gas fire-pit with a circular patio and free standing bench wall with a bluestone coping. AAffordable LandscapingAffordable Landscaping just installed my new lawn. My irrigation system had been unused for years; they added some new lines and heads, got the sprinklers up and running and tied-in with my new well. The grass is coming in beautifully and my yard looks amazing. My neighbors tell me they're jealous. For 15+ years I've hired Affordable Landscaping for numerous jobs, including: building a patio with fire pit, building front and back walkways and a backyard play area, Spring & Fall clean-up, mowing, and installing plantings around my yard. They actually seem to care about doing quality work, which is not always seen these days. They do a job the 'right' way, not the 'cut-corners' way.- Diane H.

ATopping LandscapingRon did an excellent job installing my sprinkler system. He responded quickly to my quote request and offered both the best price and the longest warranty. He was prompt to respond to emails and helped coordinate a plumber to install a backflow preventer ahead of time. On the install date, his team arrived on time and was finished the same day. We walked the property and worked together to plan an ideal sprinkler layout, including making sure it would work with our soon-to-be-installed fence. I was very happy working with Ron and look forward to having him out to winterize our system later this year.- Max G.

DThe technician came into my house without wearing mask and stepped in with wet shoes on. (I asked him to come in to help shut down water) Then after I shut down water the sprinkler suddenly shoot water out when he performed his job I had to shut down water for entire house to stop that. I asked him if there was an issue, he was not giving any explanation and impatient, the only words he said was it is all set. I am concerned about the service and not sure if it was done correctly.

BWork went well. I feel it could have been better if I hadn't rushed the contractor to get it done. But overall, the yard looks good and the flowers are now blooming beautifully. Following his directions, the new grass has also sprouted up nicely. I've received several compliments from passers-by. I would hire this person again.

FTracy and bob came to install a back flow system, which they recommended. Paid them $450 for a job that took less than an hour to install. They left without checking the system was working claiming that they are in a big hurry. When we turned on the system for the first time one of the valves would not shut and water was wasted for many hours. It took them another full 10 days to show up. They didn't know which valve it was and started digging in the yard helplessly and wanted us to remove a bush. When we asked them if they were sure we needed to remove the bush Jim (bob never showed up) became extremely angry started screaming and rushed out of the yard into his car and drove away. We tried calling them and they screamed at us on the phone saying that they have now removed us from their fall list. It is hard to believe that after paying so much money this company never checked their work and never took responsibility.
