Marc came out right away to look at a large job on my downtown condo. He was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Together with Raquel they put together very detailed estimates for me very quickly. AD & R ConstructionEric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before.- Natacha N.

ATAOZEN FLOORING - Taozen ServicesTao is unbelievably great! He is professional, efficient, and fastidious, exactly what you want in a project of this scale. His workers were also fantastic. He does everything he says he'll do and more. Tao helped us coordinate movers to move our furniture into another section of our loft prior to the installation, and then back out when our beautiful floor had been completed. We had bought tiles for installation in the area just inside the front door, and his guys did that installation as well, also a fantastic job. They're as fastidious as he. We did not move out during the installation, and because of the pandemic we were inside almost all of the time. The crew did everything possible to make our lives comfortable during the work. I was amazed that it only took them 2.5 days to complete the job. They really have this process down. I would give Tao and his crew six stars if that were possible. I selected Taozen flooring on the basis of its excellent reviews on this site, but I was blown away by their exceeding my expectations. I'm recommending him to everyone!- Susan H.

ATAOZEN FLOORING - Taozen ServicesTao and Taozen flooring exceeded our expectations. Our work was completed on time and on budget. Tao and his entire crew are extremely easy to work with. They are neat, respectful and responsive. Tao and his crew removed over 2000 square feet of carpet in multiple rooms and installed new white oak flooring. Tao also replaced two carpeted staircases with the same oak. Tao and his crew were meticulous on our floors and stairs, even spending an additional day to make sure our stair frame and plywood was level and secure before adding the treads and kick boards. Tao refinished the few rooms of existing hardwood we had at no additional cost and all of our new floors match our existing floors perfectly. Tao and Taozen flooring are the only company I will use on future projects. I cannot recommend them enough.- Adam F.

ASILMAC Construction Inc.Joe is the consummate professional and a rarity for contractors. He is responsive, engaging, competitively priced and has attention to detail to deliver a quality product. He took our basement from foundation only to a great living/playing area with a wet bar and 1/2 bath. He was helpful on other unrelated projects and has an eye for the space where his recommendations from experience were helpful. Having someone who delivers a high quality result and is responsive is the gold standard. Would continue to use him for future projects and highly recommend him and his team- Samuel M.

AMother ConstructionI hired Mother Construction and Erin Hayes, the project manager, came over the next day to check out the scope of work. I needed everything done in an impossible timeline in order to sell my house but Erin made it all happen in about 2 weeks. They painted the cabinets, added a beautiful new countertop and flooring that went perfectly with the changes. I let Erin handle all of the color/materail choices and she did not disappoint. I was able to get my house sold and the work they did added a lot to the value of the house. I would hire them again in a second!- Chad J.

APerry Brothers ConstructionOur existing bathroom was a half bathroom with sink vanity, toilet, washer and dryer. We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. Bill Perry and his crew were working in our house before renovating basement and building rooms there, so we knew that they were the best company for us. AEverything went smoothly. Old carpet was removed and new floors installed in a timely manner. The crew worked hard throughout the 4 or 5 days they were here. AMike does an excellent job at great price. Recently our water heater broke and there was some water that got under the flooring he installed.
