AMA Design & Construction CoI used MA Design & Construction for my kitchen remodel. Raquel and Marc were very helpful in going through the options from painting the existing cabinets through to full replacement. We started with more modest changes but after debate ended with essentially their initial recommendation. The workers throughout the project were professional and I never felt uneasy with them being around the family. As the project progressed there were recommendations that Marc or Raquel would make which led to a better outcome. Marc would also pick out imperfections in the work and insure they were addressed which was appreciated. We're very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to work with them again.- nick c.

AMA Design & Construction CoMA Design & Construction Co has been extremely helpful in my home renovation and insurance-related damage in my condo. Marc and Raquel have both been particularly helpful. Marc came out right away to look at a large job on my downtown condo. He was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Together with Raquel they put together very detailed estimates for me very quickly. AAR Home Renovations CorpAndre and his team (Dimas and Junior) did a great job. All requested work was done and passed inspection. The work included the following: opening up a load bearing wall, changing all doors, refinishing the floors, creating a new bathroom from scratch, updating the kitchen, insulating 2 rooms, updating the electrical. Andre is very clear on what he can and cannot do and was accommodating when we had unusual requests. Because of Covid the progress was slower than expected. He helped with digging a 5 feet foundation from a 220 year old home and understood what needed to be done in order to ensure a safe work environment and to maintain the structural integrity while making it as expansive as possible. More than his extensive skills and experience Andre is just a standup and honest person. He truly cares about the clients he works with and gives great ideas for what would will look nice and takes them through the process from the very beginning pre construction phases to end with excellent customer service. AD & R ConstructionEric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before.- Natacha N.

AMA Design & Construction CoMA Design and Construction did a wonderful job on our kitchen and main floor remodel. Marc and Raquel helped my husband and I to vision an open floor concept, and they were available beyond their normal business hours to answer both design and installation questions (which we had quite a few). We felt comfortable to both call and text frequently to keep communication open, and they were willing to offer as much design input as possible to make those important decisions much easier. Even when issues arose (as is to be expected with major house projects), Marc was usually at the house that day or the following day to assess the issue and come up with solutions. The workers were polite, punctual, and professional (especially the painting team) who we grew to love! We will certainly use them for future house projects.- Bryan M.

The carpentry and painting were top notch. We have an old house and when we discovered some unexpected things during demo, they suggested great solutions and didn’t miss a beat, ensuring that the project stayed on schedule. They also kept a very clean workplace and everyone who worked at the house was friendly and professional. After reviewing proposals that were vastly different in cost and timelines, we selected Cyrus Construction based on their professionalism and willingness to be flexible with our needs and budget. I have to say that with the numerous projects we’ve undertaken over the years, the entire process with Cyrus was near seamless. Russell the project manager was very patient and responsive. He has a good eye for interior design and functionality and helped us maximize space. His crew was very professional and the work was completed on time which was critical for us as our project was done in the winter, and we needed it to be finished prior to placing our home on the market. After the project was complete, Russell returned to fix loose vinyl flooring expeditiously and without any extra charges. It is rare for home improvement projects to lack hidden charges and, complete in a timely manner with no impact on quality. We would use Cyrus again if the opportunity arose.- Kemi O.

AJust had my roof done in Litchfield, NH on January 30th. Completely done in one day. The premises were left in the same condition as before the job was started. Never would know that there was a crew of eight working here the day before. Everything went smooth from working with Lonnie for the quote to finishing the paperwork with him after the job was done. My compliments to the crew, they worked together as a team. Amazing how they got all that work done in less than day. Smooth and efficient. I did my homework and got a total of three quotes. One of the quotes was almost three times the price of the quote from iRoof. The other quote was in the middle. You don't need to overpay for a quality roof. All the materials used on this job were quality materials. Lots of Grace ice and water shield in the critical areas. The roof looks great! I highly recommend iRoof.

APaul and his crew installed a beautiful deck in our backyard and converted our 3 season breezeway into a 4 season sunroom. Paul was incredibly great to work with: he is very responsive by text; he cares about the job and gets excited about the work as much as we did! He kept us in the loop at all times with the schedule and changes. He provided us with a great deal of service. He managed the permitting process from submission and available for all inspections. Constructed our amazing deck. Demolished, framed, insulated and installed new walls, windows, sliding doors, floor heating system (from the system itself to tiles), finishes, electric baseboard and painting. He picked up the doors, windows and tiles we ordered from various vendors. We are extremely happy with the service, work and final product from Paul. I highly recommend this company.

AWe needed new gutters installed over our back deck to protect it from excessive water. Branor and his crew started the installation within a couple of weeks. His work was of the highest quality, great communication, and his attentiveness to detail was excellent. They even cleaned out one of our existing gutters on a different part of the roof. They were thorough and cleaned up the job site perfectly. Would easily hire again.
