AMA Design & Construction CoMA Design & Construction Co has been extremely helpful in my home renovation and insurance-related damage in my condo. Marc and Raquel have both been particularly helpful. Marc came out right away to look at a large job on my downtown condo. He was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Together with Raquel they put together very detailed estimates for me very quickly. AAR Home Renovations CorpAndre and his team did a great job. Scope of work included creating a new bathroom, opening up a load bearing wall, changing doors and installing trims around them, installing a new kitchen (backsplash, cabinets, hanging shelves), moving a door opening, refinishing floors and updating the electrical. Work was well done overall despite delays due to COVID. We would definitely hire again. He has extensive experience and knowledge of the intricacies of building brand new homes and taking old 100+ year homes and remodeling them to be almost indistinguishable from new construction while still maintaining the character to give it a unique charm. He helped with digging a 5 feet foundation from a 220 year old home and understood what needed to be done in order to ensure a safe work environment and to maintain the structural integrity while making it as expansive as possible. More than his extensive skills and experience Andre is just a standup and honest person. He truly cares about the clients he works with and gives great ideas for what would will look nice and takes them through the process from the very beginning pre construction phases to end with excellent customer service. AMA Design & Construction CoMA Design and Construction did a wonderful job on our kitchen and main floor remodel. Marc and Raquel helped my husband and I to vision an open floor concept, and they were available beyond their normal business hours to answer both design and installation questions (which we had quite a few). We felt comfortable to both call and text frequently to keep communication open, and they were willing to offer as much design input as possible to make those important decisions much easier. Even when issues arose (as is to be expected with major house projects), Marc was usually at the house that day or the following day to assess the issue and come up with solutions. The workers were polite, punctual, and professional (especially the painting team) who we grew to love! We will certainly use them for future house projects.- Bryan M.

ADiamond Construction IncJohn and Laize from Diamond Construction were great. Excellent communication from start to finish. John and his crew arrived prompt and worked very hard for one and half days to complete my roof and skylights. It was a large roof on a two family house and it came out beautiful. AViola Roofing & ContractingMike Viola and his crew are extremely polite, professional and talented. We have a steep roof with multiple peaks that Viola Roofing & Contracting recently replaced along with front-facing siding work to increase curb appeal. Mike removed old cedar shingles and replaced them with clapboard to give a fresher look to an older home. I highly recommend Mike and plan to use his services again in the near future. His quote was fair and he is very easy to work with. He performed the work on the agreed date and within the agreed estimate. Our neighbors continue to compliment the improved look of the house. AAW Puma Construction & Remodeling LLCNeeded our basement built out. It was an old sem finished basement that needed a lot of TLC. They took it to the studs and started from scratch. AQuentin and Infusion Furniture do fantastic work! They built custom built-in bookcases and cabinets for our living room. Quentin and Infusion Furniture not only built and installed beautiful pieces, but came to help us decide what would work best in our space. Our home is old with beautiful trim and moulding along the doorways and windows. Quentin created created our custom pieces with trim to match (I am amazed by how closely it matches!) what exists in our 100 year old home. I highly recommend Quentin and Infusion Furniture and will absolutely use his services if we want custom pieces in the future.

AExcellent! Liam is a quality craftsman. If you want someone who is professional, polite, and has an eye for detail then hire him. Liam not only picked out a quality door, but hung it to perfection. From the start, he was in touch with me via text. He sent me a photo of the door before ordering. He said it would take about 10 days to come in. He contacted me when the door was in and set up a date for install. He arrived 15 minutes early! , but didn’t ring my doorbell till 7am. He built a new door casing and installed a beautiful oak sill. He installed the door and provided plastic on the outside to protect it from the coming rain. ( not all contractors would do that) He cleaned up after the job and sent me a text to let me know the job was done. ( I was working in my office in the house). Liam is an A+ contractor. He does everything right from start to finish. He is exceptional and has a fair price. I will definitely hire him again for any future house projects, and you should too!
