  Maids R us was great! This was my first time having a company clean my house. They went above and beyond my expectations. I am over the moon on how clean everything looked. I loved how they re-organized and moved things around to clean and placed it back to where it belong or relocated it them. I was very nervous to do this, because is bringing a stranger into your home, I did some research and the reviews very great about this company. My house has never looked this clean and I clean all the time! Vivian, is the owner and let me tell you she is the best! she is very professional and made me feel comfortable, she answered all my questions and accommodated me with my schedule. she returns your call very promptly. It was a great experience and now I'm hooked I will do it again and will speak to my friends and recommend them very highly to everyone.

  I highly recommend Marcia and her team. She is exceptional, caring and kind. She was scheduled to perform a deep cleaning on my new home and when the closing got delayed, she moved her schedule around to accommodate me at her expense. Truly exceptional service, I was so happy after her initial deep cleaning that I hired her to perform bi-weekly cleanings. You will not find a better company!!!! House sparkles when they are done... and she will do just about anything you need done.! So pleasant, trust worthy and efficient.

  It went extremely well. Angela arrived prior to 9:00 AM and hit the ground running. She and her partner left my home spotless! I recently had some construction done at my house so I had quite a bit of dust. After the cleaning, there were no specs of dust left anywhere. I was very impressed by the quality of their work and I would definitely bring them back again!

  Terrific. Always on time and very responsive to text messages. Flexible with changing schedule, as needed. House always look, feels and smells clean. I actually tried another cleaner for a period of time and then rehired Meire because their service was much better!

  Very easy to schedule, needed the house cleaned before move-in. They did a nice job, though the floors could have used a bit more attention. Though, in hindsight, it's possible that moving kicked up additional dust that couldn't have been cleaned up then. The refrigerator looked pristine.

  All the members of Ruth's service are professional, punctual, and polite. The cleaning is thorough and organized. Often I am out of the home when they are here and I have always felt completely comfortable with having them in our home. Recently I had another person come in and clean just to see if it would work regarding a personal schedule change. I went right back to Victorias the next time. The other service did not compare and took twice as long for the cleaner to get it all done.

  It went very well, at the move out cleaning, they cleaned inside kitchen and bathrooms cabinets as well window sills, fridge and oven . She took out all of the remaining trash, dusted baseboards and outlets, light switches , finger prints on doors and made the floors look brand new. At our new house they vaccumed , dusted, washed floors and checked all bathrooms. They were so great, Hannah and her helper also came on the weekend to help us unpack and organize for us . I coulnd believe my eyes when they were done !! 4 years later i still rely on them to clean our house Bi-weekly! Thanks Boston bee clean !!!!

  Elisabete arrived with her cleaning crew a little early and asked if it was okay to start. Her crew is very professional and went right to their designated assignments and started cleaning. They continued cleaning throughout the house and did not finish until everything was spotless. I would highly recommend Elisabete and Costa Cleaning and look forward to their returning on a regular basis.

  SOME AREAS, THE STOVE & A FLOOR PROBLEM WERE GREAT. BUT TOO MUCH WAS NEVER DONE. ONE ROOM LEFT OUT. ONE GOT FLOOR ONLY. THE CLEANING LEFT OUT THE CORNERS AND EDGES WHICH IS WHAT IS PAID FOR REALLY. NOTHING WAS 'POLISHED'. I SO LOOKED FORWARD TO MY CHINA CABINET BEING POLISHED. I JUST CANNOT GET THE BASE, BACK LEGS ETC. NO BASEBOARDS, WINDOWSILLS, AND FEW BLINDS. ETC. ETC. I DOUBT I WOULD EVEN TRY ANOTHER CLEANER. REALLY FELT LET DOWN. NOT MY PLACE TO HAVE TO SUPERVISE. THE TWO WOMAN WERE CONSTANTLY WORKING AWAY AND BROUGHT ALL THEIR OWN TOOLS AND INGREDIENTS ETC. DO NOT KNOW WHY ONLY A SHORT LIST WAS DONE.
