ABoston's Best ChimneyBoston's Best Chimney was phenomenal. They were professional from the front office staff to the chimney repair team. The front office called the day before to confirm both the inspection and the work. We needed our water heater exhaust flue relined and a chimney cap replaced. Kevin and his team were top notch. He was knowledgeable and gave great advice. We decided to defer Smoketite and relining the main chimney for a few years since we weren't going to burn any wood in the fire place until my toddler was older. The work came under the quote. I will definitely return to Boston's Best Chimney in a few years when I need the main chimney flue relined or if I need additional work. I give them my highest recommendation.- Thomas T.

AFire & Ice HVAC LLCArthur was fantastic. Our AC unit broke on an incredibly hot day this summer. He came the very same day while other companies (bigger ones) had us on waiting lists for a week. He was very informative throughout his work, answering all the questions I had about the repair and the problems we were having with our AC unit over the summer, as well as telling me information I didn't even know to ask about. He was also very thoughtful and cautious about physical contact due to COVID and the condition of my health. The AC unit repair hasn't had a hitch. I knew what it could cost in advance but one of the chimneys barely needed cleaning so I was hoping for a break. Since this was a property we just bought it was reassuring to have the service. The work was completely done within one business day by a team of highly professional workers！The dumpster and materials were delivered one day before the installation. The dumpster was suppprted by a wooden panels and cubes to protect our drive way. FNot good. Canceled at the last minute. Rescheduled for two days later. They called the next day to confirm the upcoming appt and I had already lined up someone else so I canceled. Received 2 more calls, and then a third from Chris who started arguing with me about canceling. He then texted me saying he would “see me tomorrow”. I answered that I was canceling and was all set. Texted again! I told him NO do not come to my house! Felt very threatened. Very unprofessional!
