Dr. Lam was very caring and did excellent work on my nose. He let me know what was to be expected and even followed up with my husband after the surgery. I felt like I was in excellent hands. And my nose has healed right on schedule. I plan on coming back for my eye and sleep apnea care as well.

The testing was really well done. I was well-directed and nicely instructed on where to sit and what to do. It was easy to follow. The facilities were clean and orderly. It was all very easy and stress-free. I was in and out. Done.

Excellent! Doctor Bie is the one that I go to. Each doctor has their own secretary so the office is very proficient.

    Vogel, Dr. Daniel H
Can't say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Vogel and his staff. Our son is a q-tip addict! Yes we have told him repeatedly about the dangers of cleaning your ears but as with much parental advice, ours was left aside. Well, when he forgot about a q-tip in his ear and got into bed with it still in his ear he discovered we were right. It was a painful, scary experience (for all of us...). The ER doctor verified the hole but otherwise wasn't helpful at all except his recommendation to follow-up with Dr. vogel the next day. We were given a quick appointment and, since I didn't see any patients who were under 90 in the office at the time, within seconds Dr. Vogel had my son feeling at ease (well except for the fact that the good doctor actually yelled 'Yikes!' when he looked in the ear). He is really very good with children -- just the right amount of joking and serious advice. His treatment and recommendations were followed and we were lucky that his ear fully healed (hearing back too) even faster than Dr. Vogel expected. Hopefully we won't be in this situation in the future but I would not hesitate to return if we were.

Our daughter had sleep apnea. Dr. Vogel made her laugh and kept her at ease during exams. He was able to ease our fears the day of the surgery. All around a good experience. We had a previous experience with Dr. Vogel many years previously involving ear tubes. He was great then and great still!

    Gallivan, Dr. K Holly
My severe allergies made me miserable all year. Dr. Gallivan had been taking care of my Mom's nose and ear problems for several years so I spoke with her and went through allergy testing to be sure what I was allergic to. I have been getting allergy shots for about a year now and they have made a wonderful difference. Dr. Gallivan and her staff are very informative. She related some recent studies regarding how allergy immunization may help my overactive immune system and fibromyalgia.

They are phenomenal. The care was incredible and the surgeon was incredible. The nurses were very good and Dr. Reuben explained everything. The follow-up visits were excellent. I can't say enough about them. The people who schedule the surgery and follow-up appointments were very professional and very polite. This is the best place to go but it is a huge facility. Sometimes you did have to wait but there are so many people. It wasn't really a problem however. They explained every little thing and in a way that we could understand. They didn't talk over anyone. It wasn't just the one surgery and my son did have to have several other surgeries. A lot of times you could just take care of the billing in person which was nice.

    Toh, Dr. Elizabeth H.
Great staff, efficient/professional service. My hearing was cleared as perfectly normal, but because Dr. Toh took extra steps above and beyond what was written on the papers in front of her another (unrelated) problem was discovered, has been independently confirmed, and will now be taken care of and spare me long-term issues down the road. It was my first encounter with Dr. Toh, and she - and her colleagues - have left a very, very good first impression.

Drove to appt.; parking facility at site. I was attended to promptly (e.g., forms to fill out etc.; they had already electronically received my health records.) Saw a nice doctor who promptly understood my condition and "cured" my dizziness due to inner ear balance-particles" were out of place. .They were were put back in place with a common procedure. My previous visits to doctors re dizziness resulted in antibiotics because they were not specialists. All this was done promptly and efficiently.
