    It went very well. Scott spoke to us about our needs, the pricing and the installation. He worked us into his schedule quickly, given that we had no A/C in June. His crew came at 5AM so they could work in the attic and they did a very quick and thorough job, out by Noon. The installers were very friendly, professional and helpful. They gave us a lot of information about our system and demonstrated the controls on the thermostat. They also took care to clean up after themselves. We're very satisfied with the unit they installed, a big improvement over the old one in terms of comfort and efficiency.

    Great!!! Matt (the owner) explained what was likely wrong. He was very prompt, thorough and even chatted a bit with us after finishing up. We loved that he was local and from a small business. He even made sure that we would be okay for a night, while he got the part that we needed. He had a space heater that he would have offered us for the evening. He is just a really good guy.

    Nick Ruggiano, their primary consultant, was very friendly, knowledgeable and most the important to me, front about what my home needed based on our work through and conversation of what my home needed. He helped me see the valve in the work pioneer recommended. Once I accepted the job office personell Miranda and Stephanie made the paper work so stress tree that looking back on Hall, I wouldn't mild having to do it all again if I were asked to do so. Very professional and warm personalities which facilitated an easy transition to insulation. Mike and Tim were our installers who were above and beyond the most courteous, efficient, . They were and left hardly a for home. Pioneer is  I would  to any one repair  on their heating & cooling needs home.

    If all contractors were as professional and competent as Gary and his team, I would be a happier person. We had a very old gas furnace that needed to be replaced. We got quotes from 3 contractors in Oct. 2014, and decided to go with Gary because although his quote was a little bit higher than the others, he seemed the most knowledgeable. He is also very well informed about the availability of utility rebates, etc., for efficient HVAC systems. We delayed doing the furnace replacement in 2014 because we had a close deadline in order to be eligible for one of the rebates and Gary injured himself and could not make the deadline. This was not a big deal for us. Gary proactively reached out to us the following spring to see if we were still interested in moving forward with the job and making us aware of new rebates available. Gary was very patient in answering several rounds of questions we had about the furnace itself, what was included in the quote, who would be doing the work, etc. We finally scheduled the work for the fall of 2015. Once we were ready to go, scheduling the work with Gary was easy. He was always very prompt in returning calls and emails. The day that Gary and his crew installed the furnace they all worked a good 9 hours and were pleasant, friendly, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. We really appreciated that Gary himself worked the job for the entire duration. Many contractors will meet with you to review a job and give you an estimate and then just send their crew to do the actual work. Gary worked on our project, even though it was probably a smaller job for him. We are very happy with our new furnace and will definitely use Wilson Services for all future HVAC needs.

    Reidy was one of several companies who quoted us for an entirely new central AC system (we had no existing ductwork). Several companies came out and eyeballed it, but Reidy was one of the few who did proper load calculations. They gave us tiered options and we went for a middle-of-the road install plus some extras that we chose (we wanted an extra return in one room, for example). 
    They contracted out the electrical work (we needed an entire new panel, which is one of the reasons the price was a little high) and did the rest of the work themselves in two days (3 total days - one electrical, two install). We have a raised ranch with an accessible attic, so it was a fairly straight-forward installation. 
    The installers were fantastic, courteous, and happily cleaned up the snowstorm of insulation that entered our house during the project. 
    Fast forward two seasons and we had a chance to actually turn it on - there was a strange noise when the system energized, and Reidy sent a technician out ASAP for no charge. He spent a couple of hours troubleshooting the system, including all connections, conduits, the main capacitor, etc. He (and I) were stumped. He called the electrical contractor, who instantly identified the sound as a normal sound when the system's load spikes as it turns on - and our bed was right above where the conduit ran. Still, no charge from Reidy.

    It was a constant challenge to communicate:
    Ultimately, we were very disappointed with the experience because we were not aware of some of the major limitations of a high efficiency gas installation.  There was poor planning about where the equipment would go, where outlet pipes would vent, resulting is spur of the moment decisions made that were not thoughtful.  While some of these choices may have been convenient for the installers, they now present awkward equipment setups we have to live with.
    The staff were friendly and professional interacting with us.  However, they did use furniture as saw horses and leave screws dangerously exposed in a hallway wall they constructed.
    We really expected a better experience and a satisfying product for $10,000.

    A year ago we were considering having mini splits (Mitsubishi cooling units) installed.  Tim responded right away and came immediately for our free estimate.  He gave us excellent information in order to make a decision.  After contemplating, we decided to put this off for a while.  Tim fully respected our decision.  A year later, in May, we decided that the time was right, and Tim once again responded immediately and came for another free estimate.  Once we decided to go for it, he scheduled the job around our needs/schedule.  He used his own workers, who were very informative and tolerant of questions we had during the day of installation.  They did the job in one full day, and fully explained how to operate the new system.  They were in no rush, and wanted to make sure that we were totally satisfied before they left.  Note that the workers wore plastic shoe covers whenever they came into the house so they wouldn't track in dirt (sometimes these little things make a big difference).  Also, clean up was meticulous.  Within about a week later, Tim came back to have a final inspection, and to see if we had any more questions. It is important to note that Tim scheduled this final visit after 5:00 in order to accommodate our daytime work ours, which we really appreciated.   Also, clean up was meticulous.  We absolutely love our new cooling system.  We have already recommended Tim and Pioneer Heating and Cooling to others, and will continue to do so.
