We bought 2 used Ford F-150's. A 2007 in Sept. of 2014 and a 2008 in Oct. of 2014. Mark Lyons was our salesman for both and was fantastic.  They fixed any little problems we notices (minor) and are super friendly and professional. We make our oil change appointments when they have their free breakfasts. This is the BEST dealership we have ever dealt with. When my "Honda" suv dies, I may be looking to them for a "Ford" suv replacement ;-)

We are new to the area and were looking for a local mechanic. After reading several reviews on Angie's List and other sources, we narrowed down our choices to a few local places. Russ came in with the best price quote and gets great reviews so we went with Northampton Tire. They did the work quickly, efficiently and at the price quoted. I appreciate their common sense approach to car maintenance and good advice about what to get done and when. We have subsequently brought our other car in for an oil change, which was reasonably priced, and will continue to happily use Northampton Tire as our local mechanic for both vehicles. I have also called with questions about small things and have been able to swing by with the car and have someone take a quick look. The mechanics are friendly and helpful and I feel like my cars are in good hands there.

After getting estimate from Brake King I went to Firestone dealer just down the road and they charged me 18.00 dollars to fix it great all summer... They said a wire melted from hitting the engine...replaced the wire and a/c works like new!!!! I would not go to Brake King they do not know what they are doing or they just rip off decide!

I have used ESP for all my auto service needs for the last three years, including routine maintenance, repairs, evaluation of cars for purchase. They are always professional, prompt, honest. In cases when my car or that of a family member has broken down out of town, they have assisted us, including trouble-shooting and conferring with the out of town mechanic. I have never had a quality problem with any work they have done and will continue to use them for auto service.

    Toad's Kin Car Company
Toad's is a very reliable, honest car repair shop. They're serious car geeks, building strange mongrel cars on the side for fun. They've been good to work with many times and said work does not need to be done - a sign of honesty!

    Lia Nissan Enfield
They are so professional from the time you walk in until the time you leave. They keep you informed of how long it will take and when it will be ready. They inform you about any coupons or savings for your service.

    Easthampton Tire Outlet
It's not just a tire joint - they do all kinds of auto service. I've had 3-4 dealings with Easthampton Tire and they've always been able to look at my car that day and able to fix it quickly. Staff is friendly. Techs have advised me not to waste money on unnecessary work - the mark of somebody trustworthy. I'm very happy to have them nearby.

Made the appointment to drop it off overnight for pick-up "sometime" the next day. I was expecting a call after lunch, and a significant bill. When they called just after 10 with a bill half of what I expected I was pleased!

I've been looking for a good mechanic in the area since our favorite  was bought out by a big dealer.  I really wanted to have a good experience here- a reliable garage is worth its weight in gold.  However, when I brought my wife's car in for some simple brake service (she has a newer car that we use for long trips & kid duty so I have it serviced by professionals as opposed to DIY), the mechanic cracked a special order part because it was (I assume) seized or corroded.   We had to have the car flat-bedded over to a dealer, where we were told that the part was out of stock & needed to be back ordered.  This leaves us stuck.I understand that mistakes and accidents happen, but even as a hack "mechanic" I know that you never force a seized or corroded part- you soak it with penetrating oil and let it sit for 3-4 hours, then try again.   It seems like the garage made a basic mistake on an easy service job, then instead of trying to make things right, foisted the problem off on a dealer service department because they wanted to close up early for the day and go home (the mechanic at Arc who worked on the car was gone by 3:00 that day) at a huge inconvenience and hassle to us.

I am very happy with them and I like the fact they don’t try and upsell me unnecessary things.  They are honest, don’t take much time, very friendly and render very good customer service.  The price is very good and they are great.  I am very happy to use them and will continue to use them in the future.
