  • It went without a hitch. I brought my car in, not needing an appointment for this service, and I waited for approximately 20 minutes from the time I arrived until the inspection was completed.

  • I've been going to Firestone Complete Auto Care Store. I used to go there with my father. My father was a mechanic and he like Firestone because he thought the mechanics were good. You can sit there and wait for him to do it. You didn't have to lose the use of your car. You don't have to drop it off the night before and pick it up the next day or anything like that. You can just sit there and they have coffee. Well, they don't have coffee anymore. They used to. Now they have spring water. There's a little restaurant down the street and you can go have breakfast or whatever, then come back and see how they're doing. It might be done. It's fantastic. You don't even have to make an appointment. If you go early, the earlier you go, the faster they can get it done.

  • I found Pete in 2009 when I was looking for someone to replace the power booster for the brake system for my 2000 Toyota Camry. I was quoted prices from $900 (just for the part) and up. I told Pete I would be happy a used junkyard part. He found one, new, for significantly less than anyone else and did the needed work for such a reasonable rate. We were hooked. We've since gone back for a number of repairs to include finding the source of the problem for my husband's 2002 Dodge Durango. We were on the verge of either replacing the car or at least replacing the engine for about $5000. Peter found the problem and fixed it for about $1500.

  • They have been there since the 1950's. I have been using them for about a decade. They are honest and good. If you check other places they will tell you the same. It is a small little place. It looks like the 50's and you expect Fonzie to pop out. They are very responsive. They are very good with keeping appointments. I would use this company again.

  • One is a truck. The other is a Buick Enclave which we just got. They are friendly. They are not pushy. The work is done when they say it will be done. It cost a little bit more for an oil change but I think it is worth it.

  • Was given guidance on the need for a timing belt replacement at or around 80,000 miles. Made an appointment with Donovan's (had used them in the past) for roughly a week later. They explained to me the process required to replace the belt on my make and model VW. They gave me accurate estimations on time needed to repair as well as cost. I was also informed that while service was being performed, a pump (forget exactly which one) near the timing belt frequently needed to be replaced, as well. They stated that it was recommended to be replaced, based on it's location in the engine and the difficulty of getting to it. However, they examined the pump during the service, and decided a replacement wasn't needed.
