ACAPE COD FENCE COFrom start to finish it was a pleasure working with this company. Mark came out quickly to provide a quote and was always available to answer questions along the way. Once the fencing was in they were able to quickly schedule the installation and was able to work around the landscaper who had to remove a tree other vegetation. The workers who came out, Tim and Tom both worked hard and did an excellent job in. Would highly recommend this company!- Leslie r.

ABel Islands Roofing and SidingFantastic. A carpenter who is strong on doing things with a exceptional knowledge of his trade... ie....my deck was going to be 15.5 feet by 16. Instead he made it 16 by 16 as to not cut/waste the expensive composite decking by cutting it. When he made the deck, he ran a chalk line to "square" it with the house rather than just throwing a deck on a house. The old cement slab he built it on was broken and uneven. It was unlevel about 2 inches. rather than have that be in view, he put the unevenness tucked in the back corner, out of obvious sight. He put a fascia board around the outer deck as not to leave me with having to nail lattice to hide the underside/opening for animals to run under. I am not a carpenter but can "hammer nails" as the saying goes...THESE LITTLE ATTENTIONS TO DETAILS IS WHAT MAKES HIM above the others. I have already passed on his name to two other friends who saw my deck !- Mike G.

ANorthstar ConstructionWe have been dealing with this company for over 20 years. Our house was built by John, and also an extension. The work is beyond fantastic! Now my daughter has a house on the Cape too ( as we reside in NY) and John (the owner) has done work there too! AMatt responded promptly and showed up on time to provide me with a possible roof replacement estimate. He was courteous, honest and professional and indicated that my roof was not as old as we thought and that I would not need a new roof at present. Our town records showed a old permit for a roof replacement, however it was obvious to him that a replacement was done more recently. I was prepared to replace the roof as part of a real estate sale. I really appreciated that he came out and provided an honest evaluation! While I did not use Matt's company's services, I would consider them for future work for roofing and/remodeling! I don't often right reviews, but I appreciate good honest service, so I felt I had to share the info.
