I highly recommend Power Painting Plus. Rick is very responsive, pricing is reasonable and he will work within your budget. His assistants are very professional, courteous and respectful. I do intend to use him again for future projects.

This is a reliable family owned painting company. They are very good at communicating with their clients. They are also punctual. Really appreciate the kind demeanor of each of the workers including the owners. They did a great job preparing the space for painting. I was impressed by the level of attention to detail given to painting each cabinet. The day the cabinet doors were being put back up Priscila came by to make sure everything was well done and in good order. I appreciate her keen attention to detail as she noticed a couple of the doors needed an additional coat of paint to fully match the rest. I am so grateful she caught that. I would've noticed eventually and would've been disappointed. She has her clients' best interest at hand for sure. I highly recommend Flash Painters for your painting needs. Some tips for your cabinet painting project: 1. Empty out the cabinets completely. It's easier for the painter to really get in there to cover the inside of the cabinet. Also, even though they do a great job covering, the over spray just has a way of getting everywhere. If you don't want your glass vases to end up with white specs of paint on them make sure you take them out of the cabinet before it gets painted. 2. Cover your stove top with plastic. Again, the over spray gets in between the layers of paper. 3. If you get a chance wipe the surfaces immediately after the paint has been completed. As long as the paint is fresh it will come off but once it's dry it's there forever. We didn't have any major issues with this because I got ahead of it.

Chris, along with his team, is a perfectionist. He took time out of his Saturday to begin prep work for a job on Monday.  Set up for his team, reviewed clearly what supplies he would provide and exactly what supplies we would need to provide.  Arrived on Monday as scheduled.  Set up his painter...laid out plan.  Painter worked full 8.5 hours that day.  Returned Tuesday, job was completed by 2PM.  Flawless.  Slightly more expensive than other painters, but well worth the extra money.

Hired Burroughs Construction to renovate our ONLY bathroom.  They were prompt in their demolition of room, cleaned up appropriately. Often arrived late, however they were good about communicating with us.  We were on "vacation" during the time of renovation, otherwise, it would have been quite an inconvenience.   Due to a scheduling conflict with the plasterer they subcontract with, there was a delay in completing the walls and ceiling.  As a result, we were without a toilet for 3 days.  Thankfully, we have family members living nearby who were able to accommodate us, otherwise this "renovation" would have included the cost of a hotel room!!!  The plaster team they subcontracted did very poor work.  We called Burroughs Construction to fix situation when painter flatly refused to touch walls and ceiling due to "shoddy workmanship."  To their credit, Burroughs did return and attempt to fix things.  Painter still had over 2 hours of prep work that should have been completed by plaster team.  In Burroughs defense, their plasterer said he had van issues one day which delayed him, another day his phone was out of range, so when Burroughs attempted to contact him when over 3 hours late to job, he didn't get message.  Unfortunately, the subcontractors can make or break a company.  According to Burroughs, this is the first time they've ever had issue with this plaster team.  I certainly hope it is the last.

Noah and company had been to our home about a month previous to this visit. Noah came back himself to take care of a few additional issues we saw with our drywall. As with his first visit he was fast, courteous, and neat. He did a fantastic job repairing a couple of seam problems we had with our drywall. He was able to sand it down and repaint the problem area. There is no flashing or any other indication of work having been done. Just a great looking wall. And no extra cost!
I'd also like to note that although he could not get back to our house immediately he contacted us several times to let us know when he planned on performing the work. I really appreciated that.

Noah and crew spent two days caulking our roof and windows, plastering and sanding the walls, and painting walls and ceilings to repair water damage. Noah also located the area where the water was coming in, explained to us what was happening, and applied a fix for it.
The whole crew was friendly and courteous and they did whatever they could to keep things neat and minimize the disruption. We also appreciated the nice job they did cleaning up between days.
We're very happy with the results and would recommend Ark to anyone needing home improvements or repairs.

Overall, a perfect experience.  I contacted Juliann for an estimate.  Within several days she came over and measured, talked with me about my needs and concerns.  Several days later she sent me a detailed invoice.  I contacted her again and we agreed on the services to be provided and she gave me a tentative start date--about 4 weeks from then.  About a week later she had a cancellation and offered to start my job sooner, which I agreed to.  (The wallpaper was hideous so the sooner she removed it the better!)  She arrived at the agreed upon time, did her work in the agreed upon amount of days and left the place looking great.

There was minimal amount of disruption to me and my schedule, and no mess or lingering paint smell.  She sanded the walls where needed and left the rooms looking great.

I choose her because of her great Angie's list rating and I was not disappointed--in fact, she exceeded my expectations.

anWe hired CBC Painting after getting approximately 5 different estimates.  His estimate was the lowest of 4 others, and comparable to one other, but the other did not do exterior painting.  We needed both interior and exterior work done, so we chose to go with CBC.  The crew was very professional and willing to move furniture, etc. for us. They were very accommodating, worked quickly and neatly and cleaned up well.  We will definitely call them in the future.
