    The car runs like a top. They send us notices when it has to come in for work and we bring it in. The one we wanted had gotten scooped up by somebody else, they had already put a down payment on it. It had 8,000 miles on it, so he gave us a deal that was just as good. The one we bought only had 40,000 miles on it. It was $21,000, it I had bought that new it would have been $28,000. That was the first place we checked. We went to other dealerships and came back to them.  Some dealers, I am afraid to buy a car because I don?t know how truthful they are about the cars. Hyundai is interested in helping you. They were truthful and they had to have been because we?ve had no trouble with it. They have given me great service since then. When there is an oil change or a 6-month checkup, they keep an eye on the brakes. When they do an oil change they take a quick look at everything else.

    They were good. I knew the exact car I wanted and the exact price. There was very little negotiation, but when there was negotiation it went well. The salesperson was fantastic. I got follow up calls for years afterwards. It was a good price.

    They are also very organized as well. They are competitive with other dealerships as well, at least from a pricing stand point. They've done service on my car several times. I have no issue with them whatsoever, they do it promptly. They tell you what is going on, they take you in on time and I've also purchased some vehicles from them and they are very good at that as well. They are very customer oriented. They were interested in selling me the car so we were able to negotiate a price and they gave me the price that I was looking for. They recognized my needs and met my needs. They were sensitive enough to know that if they didn't give me that, that I would not buy the car. They were in tune with the customer and it was a fair price. They bent over backwards to sell me the car. They spent about 3 hours on that sales. I would go there again.

    I had met Balise's Salesman Bob Boussy and when I was int he market for a new vehicle I knew that I should give him a call.  We shopped at other dealerships and dealt with cocky and arrogant sales people as well as the persistent guys that wouldn't leave us alone on the phone.  Bob was patient, properly identified that my Fiancee was actually making the final decision and worked with us to purchase the vehicle on her schedule and on her terms.  He respected our time and our needs.  He wasn't pushy at all.  When it came time to take delivery of the new vehicle Bob spent about half an hour with us going through the features and setting up the onstar account.  He even programmed his direct line into the vehicles bluetooth system in case we had any trouble we could get right through to him.  The only hiccup in the process was the service department incorrectly indicated that all of the accessories were in so rather than returning once to have everything installed I had to bring the truck back twice.  This experience was 10 times better than the last vehicle i purchased at a competing dealership.
