  I was referred to Joanne at Fancy Tails by a very satisfied neighbor who has their dog groomed there. I have taken my dachshund to Joanne for nail trims and have been very satisfied. She is friendly and professional And treats the animals very kindly as if they were her own. And she is quite reasonable. I highly Joanne at a Fancy Tails in a Dracut.

  It's been fine ,but had to reschedule a few times our family member was on hospice at our home for past year ,so upset groomer didn't want to do my dogs any more we had her for a few years she wouldn't even talk to us or understand our situation,that's not the way to do business very upsetting, spoke with manager nothing resolved ,they just lost three dogs getting groomed ,I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  When our dog was picked up, he could not pick up his head, get in the car, or climb stairs. My son returned home with him and said something is really wrong. He cried and could not sit comfortably or lift his head to look at us. We took him to the vet and she said he had a neck injury. Fortunately there appears to be no neurological damage and he was put on steroids and a pain medication. When contacting the owner, we were told he was fine. There was no apology or concern whatsoever.

  I contacted Matt via his Facebook page. Even though it was late at night, he responded within the hour. He happened to have another appointment in my town the next day, so I we set up an appointment. He and his associate were right on time for the 6:45pm appointment. They came in and were able to wrangle my scaredy-cat cat in the bathroom where I had him contained. His associate picked up the cat and held him while Matt clipped his claws. They moved on to my second cat, who is usually a Jekyll/Hyde cat when she gets her claws clipped - sweet and quiet until the clippers come out. They were able to hold her and get her claws clipped quickly and easily. The third cat (after we found him) was a breeze after that! All three cats were done in less than 15 minutes, with a minimum of fuss or anxiety. The whole experience was quick, painless, and handled very professionally!

  It was great - the price is comparable to other kennels I researched and I was impressed with the facility.  My pup had a blast and the staff was great with her.  The price of the grooming was a little more than I would typically pay, and I won't include it every time, but it was very convenient to pick her up nice and clean.
