AMA Design & Construction CoI used MA Design & Construction for my kitchen remodel. Raquel and Marc were very helpful in going through the options from painting the existing cabinets through to full replacement. We started with more modest changes but after debate ended with essentially their initial recommendation. The workers throughout the project were professional and I never felt uneasy with them being around the family. As the project progressed there were recommendations that Marc or Raquel would make which led to a better outcome. Marc would also pick out imperfections in the work and insure they were addressed which was appreciated. We're very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to work with them again.- nick c.

AAR Home Renovations CorpAndre and his team (Dimas and Junior) did a great job. All requested work was done and passed inspection. The work included the following: opening up a load bearing wall, changing all doors, refinishing the floors, creating a new bathroom from scratch, updating the kitchen, insulating 2 rooms, updating the electrical. Andre is very clear on what he can and cannot do and was accommodating when we had unusual requests. Because of Covid the progress was slower than expected. AAR Home Renovations CorpAndre and his team did a great job. Scope of work included creating a new bathroom, opening up a load bearing wall, changing doors and installing trims around them, installing a new kitchen (backsplash, cabinets, hanging shelves), moving a door opening, refinishing floors and updating the electrical. Work was well done overall despite delays due to COVID. We would definitely hire again. Pictures show some of the work (we will do the finishes ourselves, also pictures do not show the final state).- marine a.

He has extensive experience and knowledge of the intricacies of building brand new homes and taking old 100+ year homes and remodeling them to be almost indistinguishable from new construction while still maintaining the character to give it a unique charm. He helped with digging a 5 feet foundation from a 220 year old home and understood what needed to be done in order to ensure a safe work environment and to maintain the structural integrity while making it as expansive as possible. More than his extensive skills and experience Andre is just a standup and honest person. He truly cares about the clients he works with and gives great ideas for what would will look nice and takes them through the process from the very beginning pre construction phases to end with excellent customer service. AMA Design & Construction CoMA Design and Construction did a wonderful job on our kitchen and main floor remodel. Marc and Raquel helped my husband and I to vision an open floor concept, and they were available beyond their normal business hours to answer both design and installation questions (which we had quite a few). We felt comfortable to both call and text frequently to keep communication open, and they were willing to offer as much design input as possible to make those important decisions much easier. Even when issues arose (as is to be expected with major house projects), Marc was usually at the house that day or the following day to assess the issue and come up with solutions. The workers were polite, punctual, and professional (especially the painting team) who we grew to love! We will certainly use them for future house projects.- Bryan M.

AAW Puma Construction & Remodeling LLCThis was our first remodel where we replaced everything in our bathroom in our main living space within our condo. We brought four contractors out for bids and found Albert's price to be amongst the most competitive but what we liked was that he was well organized and quick to respond both leading up to signing his proposal but also throughout the project. We are pleased with the finished product and have received many compliments on the bathroom. We would definitely consider hiring Albert again if/when we remodel our other bathroom.- Charles O.

Clear breakdown of allowances/estimates, including any change orders. Friendly, reliable staff. Which is a huge comfort for a family having work done in their home - especially with young kids. Great follow through with open items at the end of the job. Did not have any issues getting them to come back to finish even the smallest items. Went well. Would use Pegasus again.

AJeff and his team were great to work with. We basically lived in a construction site through the late spring and summer, and Jeff and his crew not only did excellent work despite our being underfoot, and despite having to wear masks all the time, they were always kind and thoughtful about our privacy and our need to live in the house while it was being worked on. The work they did was high quality. They found great solutions for the issues they found when they opened the walls of our 160-year-old house. They were careful and tidy, and made suggestions along the way that really improved the end product. We especially appreciate how Jeff has been advocating for us after discovering manufacturing defects in a large new window. He stands by his work, and the work he does is high quality. Working in a historic district always poses special problems, but Jeff navigated them all with ease.

ANeeded an unfinished room turned into a bedroom within a month. Nilton and his team were able to start right away and finished the room within our time frame. They were clean and hard-working. Communication was easy. Fair price. They installed insulation, wall board, some electrical, flooring, closets and painted. Very happy with the quality of work and we are planning to hire them soon to remodel our bathroom.

AWe had a water leak that created a bad situation, and we needed someone to fix a kitchen as soon as possible. Mr. Ambrose, firstly, was the only contractor to return my call when we needed help redoing the kitchen of our rental apartment. He came over right away, made a quick assessment of the situation, and did a thorough and professional job. The kitchen looks amazing, thanks to Mr. Ambrose and his team. He was also able to coordinate a plumber to hook up the new sink. We will hopefully have him in to remodel our own kitchen soon!
