    Boudreau Painting
Denise and Donna did a wonderful job. They were very cordial and easy to work with, and were considerate about my schedule. They were very knowledgable about the need for two coats of paint vs. one coat in different locations, and about the types of paint finish likely to give the best results. They fixed a number of minor imperfections in the walls, and painted the edges of the trim abutting the walls to make sure all finishes were very neat. The work was very professional, was done a bit ahead of schedule, and with terrific results - all surfaces turned out very nice, just what I had hoped. A thorough cleanup was done each day, and at the end there were no inadvertent paint splotches where there shouldn't be. I would be very happy to employ them again, and can recommend their work unreservedly.

    Ronnie the Painter
Ronnie did what he said he'd do when he said he'd do it. His crew was, neat, polite, and most importantly did a quality job. Ronnie responded to my request for a quote the same day I submitted it through Angie's List. He did a quality job on time and for the amount quoted. I would recommend and use again.

    ScreenCoat Painting & Flooring
Mike from Screencoat was great. He responded quickly and came by to work up a quote on work on a friday had estimate with options broken down by work and price on Monday. Work was started in about a week from there. The job could not have come out better than hoped. My condo looks good as new even though its almost 50. He even replaced washer valve that started leaking when turned back on from painting behind. Have some more work to do and will be using Mike and crew again. Thanks Mike :).

I would not recommend this guy to even my worst enemy. He questioned every design aspect my husband and I chose and even went as far as making us lay out our tile because he didn't think our patterned tile would look good if there wasn't a border around it. He argued with me about putting white grout on the floor. And he got extremely defensive when my husband was asking why it we went so far over the timeframe it was supposed to be finished. Mind you, we are still waiting on our shower door. He demanded in a text message to me (see picture) we pay him the remainder of the payment or else he wouldn't fulfill his contractual obligations. He also told my husband he is going to take us to court and threatened to put a lien on our house when my husband said we would pay him the remainder once our bathroom is completed to the contract terms. The things that still needed to be completed per the contract when he threatened were the following: -Counter top installed and sink plumbed - Radiator hooked up -Mirror, towel bars and toilet paper holdler - Shower door; although he argues that the shower door is NOT part of the original contract, which is ludicrous The things that were not done per the contract AFTER he received final payment were: - Mirror, towel bars & toilet paper holder - Shower door (again, me arguing that the shower door is part of customer supplied items mentioned in the contract) We never refused to pay this guy, we always paid at the deadlines given per the contract. He just can't handle his customers, who pay a lot of money, asking him questions on why it's taking him so long. His tile work is sub par at best (see pictures). When I pointed that out to him his response was "Well, I waterproofed the shower." Again, another defense when his work was questioned. To add insult to injury, the subcontractors that did our plumbing are apparently not allowed to work on our other bathroom or accept any other job in our house. Be warned, this guy is a hot head with a temperament of a 3 year old.

    RF Design Painting Inc.
Reggie was very responsive and professional throughout the process. Reggie provided us with an initial estimate and timeline for when the work would be completed. Reggie and his employees showed up when he said they would and completed the work quickly. The final product came out great and drastically improved the curb appeal of the property.

Bill is a professional in all ways. He is always on time, thorough and neat. He leaves everything spotless. He has many small painting jobs for us and applies the same work ethic as if he was painting a big job. I honestly don't remember is he requires a deposit or not. He did ask that we order the paint from Walls of Decor in Peabody and use his name so has to get a discount.

    Fernandes Painting
Both jobs were actually completed ahead of schedule. Carlos and his team were professional. The painting was great. Carlos was present during both jobs and made sure the work was up to his high standards. Price below is for exterior house- a two story garrison with a sunroom attached.

    Maguire Masonry
Every aspect of dealing with Peter Maguire was what one could hope for with a contractor / mason.  His response to inquiries was punctual;  communication was clear and informative, the work was done promptly, efficiently, and with care.  Peter mentioned issues he observed, suggested remedies, and went out of his way to communicate.  He and his one assistant were the ones present on the job site and we always felt secure having him on the job and on our property.  We received updates throughout the day on progress as the job moved along.  I can't imagine a better experience and would certainly work with Peter and Daniel again!

    David J Butler Painting
David was easy to work with and very responsive to all my requests.  Throughout the entire process he kept me informed of additional work that might be required and the cost associated (he made sure this was ok with us prior to doing any additional work).  It was clear David and his crew wanted perform high quality work and they did.  We love the way the painting turned out  The work was all completed within the time frame David gave, they cleaned up after, and we very easy to work with.  I would highly recommend David Butler Painting and would happily use them again if we need more painting.

I have used this company 3 times now both inside and out. Each time with excellent results. Sal and his team are great to work with. Sal is responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. His crew completed the job quickly and professionally each time. His brother Fabio was on the site each day setting up and getting the guys going. I've always found Fabio to be very friendly and responsive and knowledgeable also. They left no mess, they clean up at the end of each day and the quality of their work was great. I would highly recommended this company to anyone looking for a good quality fair price paint job either inside or out.
