    EHS responded immediately. They inspected our home and proposed a treatment plan. They were prompt, professional and explained their approach to pest control. We struggled to rid our home of the ants ourselves for almost 2 months trying various natural non toxic methods- to no avail- wish we had called them sooner. This was money well spent and I wont hesitate to call EHS again. We never seek to solve a problem with chemicals but the thoughtful approach offered by EHS bas resolved our problem.

    Everything went well. THey scheduled while the landscapers were here and worked around that. They did a great job! They sent 1 guy and he had all the right equipment and it was done in about 20 minutes.

    They had to come back and spray again so I guess that is responsible. I would call them back again. I phoned up the service, they came, looked at the house and gave me a quote. It seemed agreeable so I signed up for the service and they sprayed the house. They installed a Sentricon service and did a regular service and it was $1,300. They put in 20 Sentricon tubes and they also put in traps for basically chipmunks or any other rodent that was around. They spent four hours with me the first time. I thought it was really expensive, but I guess that is what the going price is for that service for the industry. I signed up for the service for a year so I am kind of committed to it.

    They also came June 25. I had ants in the past month and they came today and sprayed again.  I got their name through Angie's List. They had to come back and spray again so I guess that is responsible. I would call them back again. Today they spent about two hours here. I had ants in the family room so they came back and treated it again. I think the first time they came out they just did an exterior treatment, but this time they did an exterior and interior treatment. They gave me the choice of either an organic or the regular service. Since I have a pet I chose the organic, but they told me that if I saw more ants they would come back and probably treat it more aggressively with the regular non-organic treatment. They were very amenable and were trying to treat it in an environmentally safe way. They were considerate about my pet. The price today was all part of the package. I think the package is very high, but 20 Sentricon system parts with, like, six traps, so I don't know. They will come out as many times as it takes. I don't know how effective it will be or whether I will have to call them back. I can't judge because it has only been two hours. They call in advance and are very professional about coming, being on time and letting me know so that when they come you are not in the middle of something -- that you have, like, a half hour's notice that they are on their way

    I had many issues with them and do not recommend them to anyone. These are my complaints:
    - During my 1st treatment the technician left midway through do to a passing rain shower and said couldn't treat outside. Said would schedule appointment to do rest. Never did and I had to call 2 weeks later to do so. However both techs left notes on my door and first in person asking me to leave favorable reviews so they could get bonus money.
    - Never treated for bee problems I was assured by salesperson during first visit could and would be handled by them
    - Never checked for mice problems even though I indicated past issues with these during my initial sign up and first visit. Upon calling for a check on my mice issues the technician simply came into the garage checked 2 glue traps and laid 3 more down. Was there less than 10 minutes
    - They scheduled 4 appointments in less than 8 months. All appointments were a month earlier than those scheduled in my original contract. Was never notified by email or call for 3rd appointment. After 3rd appointment in 5 months I called to complain about how they weren't keeping to the schedule they had given me. Their local representative apologized and assured me they will schedule the next one for April as scheduled. Would put a note in the file. Sure enough in the 1st week of March I got a call and email stating they would be there next week making it 4 visits in 7 1/2 months. 3 of which were late fall or winter months when carpenter ants, my biggest issue, aren't very active. Rep said sorry but this is when I'm scheduled for. When I explained my contract said differently said couldn't help. Told her I wanted to cancel and she said couldn't until after last treatment was done and over and to call back then. Never offered to escalate issue. Just said would put note of my complaints in file.
    - Never did anything I couldn't have done myself for much less money. I had already treated for carpenter ants around house with items at Lowe's and used glue traps, steel wool, and d-con for mice. Had to take care of bee issue on my deck myself. When they came to house never noticed a difference.

    We returned from a vacation to find large ants coming out of a home office window corner and a small pile of sawdust on our sunroom (another side of the house).  We researched on Angie's List, called Marlboro Pest and it was a total success.
    Marlboro Pest was professional from start to finish.  The office personnel were polite and knowledgeable.  An appointment was made for 2 days later (they were very busy). Their technician, Jared Bianchi, arrived on time, did a thorough inspection inside & out, explained clearly what he would do and carefully applied the pesticide. (We are organic gardeners & encourage wildlife so he was very careful to keep the spray tight against the house).  He advised us to have a vacuum ready inside. The ants came pouring out! Jared explained that after this initial rush the odd ant would keep appearing for an hour or 2. 
    When preparing the invoice, Jared applied an Angie's List discount which I had totally forgotten about!  Jared also explained the company guarantee. However I doubt we will need to invoke it! The situation evolved as he predicted, all ants were vacuumed up and in the 3 months since we haven't seen another one.
    We highly recommend Marlboro Pest Control, Inc.

    Initially I tried to remove the yellow jacket nest myself but with no success. 
    I called the Bee Hunter and got an appointment the same week!
    Rusty came on time and called 1 hour before arriving as promised. Described the service and the price up front and gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member.
    The result is that 36 hours later there are no more yellow jackets coming and going from my front porch.

    Very professional and pleasant over the phone. The service was performed in a very timely manner. Saw a noticeable decrease in tick population immediately and Pure Solutions did a second maintenance spray at no cost a week later. I would use them again.

    Overall it was good. They showed up on a different date but it worked. I was on vacation but I wanted them to spray when I was back home but they actually came when I was on vacation so when I came home there were a lot fewer mosquitoes so it was noticeable. It definitely worked but it only lasted certain number of weeks so I didn’t get quite as much out of it as I was hoping because I thought I had agreed on a certain date and they came on a different date. I was happy because they did do a good job and they did come.

    While cleaning gutters in April, I noticed some old beehives along the roof line of my two story house and decided to order the "Eco-Friendly Bee- and Wasp-Proofing" service so that we can get exterior of house painted later. I spoke with Mike at Andover Pest Control before they did this treatment and he said this was not a problem because I could remove hives after the treatment. Mike did not express any concern about providing service to my town either. I was out of the country from mid-May until June 1 and noticed several bees/wasps along upper side of house on June 2. I spoke with Mike on June 3 about this situation and he mentioned that the guy who did the work did not have tools that could reach the highest parts of my two story house. He said he would come back for a treatment during the week. This did not happen so I called Mike again on June 11 to ask when they are going to do this. At first he told me it was done; however, I described there still was extensive bee/wasp activity - he finally admitted they had not come back yet but would definitely finish by the end of the week and leave a note. Since they did not come back, I decided to eventually resolve the issue with another company that turned out to be very responsive. In the end, the "Eco-Friendly Bee- and Wasp-Proofing" service is not worth getting since there were many bees/wasps at both ends of my house and a large active beehive above the gutter by July. Two lines about the Deal that were not meant were: 
    • 1. One-time exterior perimeter treatment completed during spring season; guarantees your home against bee, wasp, and yellow jacket nest-building for the remainder of the calendar year
    • 2. Treatment underneath eaves and peaks, behind shutters, and under decks (anywhere a bee or wasp is likely to build a nest)
    • This deal was for residential service only and there was no description of any height restriction mentioned by Mike for my two story house.
