  • I had done some research online to decide what I wanted. I placed the order on their website. They followed up promptly with a phone call to schedule a delivery. Installation went well. I was very happy with how efficient the whole process was.

  • This time we purchased a Bosch dishwasher. The price was competitive and the saleslady was helpful once she was convinced we were actually going to buy one. Our installation was scheduled for a busy Saturday and we called in the morning to find out when the installer was coming, so we could get on with our day. At our first call, they told us 11 AM. At 11AM we were told 2PM. At 2PM we were told 4 PM. At 4 PM we were told 6PM. Each time we were told that they had checked with the installer and that he was "running late." When the installer finally got there, he showed us his install list which had always had us scheduled for the end of the day. NO ONE had ever called him. At the times we were given were pure baloney! We had wasted an entire day.
    Their installer, who is not their employee, is pretty good.
    Over 20+ years, we have probably purchased 7-8 appliances from Sozio's. Never again!

  • I have used them over the years. They have excellent prices. They are responsive and they come when they say they are going to come. They deliver when they say they are going to deliver. There is nothing that they can improve upon. They have met all my needs. I bought one set of appliances from an appliance store in Littleton and another set of appliances from Yale. The store in Littleton was nothing but a headache and a hassle. Nothing was ever delivered and I had to fight with them. I was paying to them and I was a customer, but the appliances weren’t for me. Then I couldn’t deal with them anymore. So, I called Yale and I bought the sink for a lot less money. They had it delivered within four days as well.

  • The problem with the refrigerator order was that the ice maker was back ordered. I didn't find out about this until the refrigerator was delivered and there was no ice-maker. The salesperson promised me (on multiple occasions) that as soon as the ice maker came into their warehouse and that it would be shipped out to arrive the following day and I would get a call confirming shipment. No call came. Since I was having a big party and planned to make lots of ice with this ice maker I was quite concerned. The delivery date of the refrigerator was two weeks prior to the party so I thought I had plenty of time. I called back a week later to find out that the ice maker had been in their warehouse for five days. Despite additional calls and promises of immediate delivery, it took another five days to receive the ice maker (the day after the party). This may seem like I am picky, but I can only assume that if they are this disorganized about something as straightforward as a backordered ice maker, that they could make a similar mess of a necessary repair part or other item that would matter more. So I will definitely think twice before using them in the future.

  • If you buy three or more appliances, go to Yale because they give you such a big discount and they carry everything from the cheapest brand to the most expensive. It is amazing how much they cram in there. They're great there. I like them a lot. They have a great selection. They don't really have a lot of mock kitchens and stuff like that set up in there, but they really are good to buy from.

  • Jarvis will only service their own appliances. Plus, once your warranty is up, you have to use someone else. They are nice there though and close and they have everything right there. They have two floors of mock kitchens though, so you can kind of get ideas for what you want. I do think they are a reputable place to buy from. They tend to be a little more pricey, but the quality is definitely there with them.

  • WE DEALT WITH CASEY SEWALL AND RICH QUINDLEY WHO WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION AND OFFERED A COMPETITIVE PACKAGE FOR ALL THE ITEMS PURCHASED. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE APPLIANCES WERE DELIVERED AS REQUESTED.

  • The stove I purchased had carbon monoxide coming out of it. Percy's was not cooperative at all throughout the ordeal.
