The folks at Valley Inn for Pets are the best! My dog loves them and is happy when we arrive for boarding. If her stay is longer than 2-3 nights, they send me daily pictures of her playing. And the report on her stay is always a delight. I have a 45-minute drive to get to VIP and it’s worth it!

Don't ever bring your pet to this loser. She is cold, uncaring, and incompetent. After going there 8x in 18 months and always getting a appointment that day or the next, I needed bloodwork done for surgery. I called on Tues and FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER they couldn't get me in until Friday. I agreed and made the appointment. Then after thinking about it I called back the next day and I said since I had just been with her if I have to pay a office fee just for a blood draw? They said the policy is 30 days and if over that A fee would be charged. Then when she checked the records that Friday was 31 days so I will be charged. A simple tech visit and these greedy people needed that $60 so bad they lied and connived to make me wait until day 31 so they could charge me. Many other reviews mention older pets and her answer is to euthanize them with the excuse "he is dieing, he's old" with no clear diagnosis or tests, just her twisted hunch that euthanasia is the treatment. Too many others found tick diseases, and underlying TREATABLE health issues after he recommendation to euthanize them. Luckily they sought out competent advice instead of listening to "Dr Rude" or should I say NOT listening since she is so far above you she will try not to speak to you directly or her ketamine induced haze becomes evident. Avoid this monster.

    Happy home pet services
Very nice facility and does not cage the dogs. They can roam freely. They get outside, she lives right on the river so she has a nice backyard for the dogs. They also have a door where the dogs can go in and out on their own for their potty breaks in a fenced in area. She will give meds to our dog. She is 13 so we were a little hesitant to leave her. Our dog was unable to go upstairs because she couldn't make it up the stairs, and cried because no one was down there with her. The owner, Kimberly, slept downstairs on the couch for the whole week she had our dog. You couldn't ask for anymore than that. She keeps them like her own. She sends updates and a photo every couple of days, how she is doing if she is taking her meds, that kind of thing. She blocked out the whole week just for our dog, so it was just her. I don't know if it was because she was elderly and needed special care, or if that is what she normally does. She does have a dog of her own, a little cocker spaniel, and we had brought ours over ahead of time to make sure everyone got along. She really cares about the animals. I would absolutely use her again.

Sonja from Cuddles Pet sitting has been everything and more that you would want in someone that you trust to take care of not only your animals, but also to your home while you're away. She truly has a love of animals and goes above and beyond. This past summer our grown son stopped at our house while we were on vacation and let the cats into the yard as we often do during the day. One of them chose to hide so didn't get back into the house before my son had to leave. I texted Sonja just to tell her to expect to find one of the cats on the patio in the morning and not inside. Later that night she texted me that she had stopped by the house at 9:30PM and looked for 30 minutes but didn't find the cat. At 6AM the next morning, I got a text saying the cat was on the patio and now safely in the house. Her first 'paid' visit was supposed to be at 8AM that morning.

Excellent. I was nervous since I have never had to leave my cat with anyone but the staff is great there and took great care of her. I am going away soon and have already set up for her to go there. Plus she only takes cats which I feel is more comforting.

    Pet Hotel Hadley LLC
I began by visiting them and talking to the very helpful, courteous receptonist.  She showed me around, & I was immediately struck by the spotless cleanliness of the place.  Cost depends on the size of the dog and the choice of room.  Our Lab. is a big fellow, and so I chose a good-sized room for him, which costs $47 a night. ( A brochire explains the different room options.)  It would cost a good deal for a little dog. You will need to provide evidence of up-to-date rabies, distemper, bordatella, and distemper shots.  The registration forms can be downloaded.  At the end of the dog's stay, they provide a report  on behavior, eating, play, &c.  The dogs play in carefully monitored and arranged groups in large indoor play areas.  There is no outside playing, and this may be a drawback for some people. The staff are nice people who like animals, and know how to treat them.  We brought home a healthy, happy dog, and we will certainly use the Pet Hotel again.

The cats socialize with each other. She took a picture of the cats and gave it to us. She handles those cats well. There is an area for isolated cats and socialized cats.

I have been using their services for about a year and a half. It's a very clean and sterile environment. The owner is a breeder so she is very particular in caring for the dogs.

They take good care of the dogs. They make sure they get exercised. I feel really comfortable leaving my dog there.

Prior to the visit I was given a tour. The day of the drop off I was able to walk the dogs to their kennel and say goodbye. This was our first visit to Tom's since moving to the area and it must have been a good one because they ate all their food during their stay.
