ABel Islands Roofing and SidingFantastic. A carpenter who is strong on doing things with a exceptional knowledge of his trade... ie....my deck was going to be 15.5 feet by 16. Instead he made it 16 by 16 as to not cut/waste the expensive composite decking by cutting it. When he made the deck, he ran a chalk line to "square" it with the house rather than just throwing a deck on a house. The old cement slab he built it on was broken and uneven. It was unlevel about 2 inches. rather than have that be in view, he put the unevenness tucked in the back corner, out of obvious sight. He put a fascia board around the outer deck as not to leave me with having to nail lattice to hide the underside/opening for animals to run under. I am not a carpenter but can "hammer nails" as the saying goes...THESE LITTLE ATTENTIONS TO DETAILS IS WHAT MAKES HIM above the others. I have already passed on his name to two other friends who saw my deck !- Mike G.

Andrei had a very professional approach to the project from the first day. His estimates where very accurate and detailed, he started the project exactly when he said he would and he finished before schedule. During the work we provided us with invaluable suggestions and advice and he was very responsive to our needs. Very importantly, since we did not live in the house during the work, he would provide progress reports with photos in a routine basis. The overall workmanship was excellent, with attention to detail and a flair to do the job right and an eye to aesthetics. AJeff and his crew did a nice job with the windows as well as the inside walls, ceiling and floor. All the outlets were installed where we requested and the new light fixture looks great. We are also very happy with the new floor. Overall very pleased with the results. Jeff is easy to work with and his pricing is very reasonable. We are already planning to have him do a couple of other projects when the weather gets warmer in the spring. I would recommend him without hesitation.

AWe have hired Andrei five times over the past two years to make improvements to our rental condo in Provincetown. Every job was done punctually and completely to our satisfaction. The cracks in several walls caused by the 1870 building settling, those in the ceiling of our shower caused by a roof leak, and holes in drywall caused by renters pulling out several towel bars were repaired and repainted flawlessly to the point that you cannot tell where the cracks or holes were. Andrei is always polite, honest and helpful. He responds to inquiries immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends or to hire him again.

AMy family contracted with Millennium Flooring to refinish 500 square feet of hardwood flooring after removal of old wall-to-wall carpet. Ken responded promptly to give an estimate, and his price was in line with other estimates. Ken scheduled the job on dates as requested. Ken and Jamal took up the old carpet. They filled in the nail holes and sanded. They used high quality products -- Zinsser Seal Coat (one coat) and Bona Poly (2 coats). They gave the oil-based finish adequate time to dry between coats although it cost them an extra day to wait for drying than anticipated. We paid in the contract for them to move the furniture and they did that carefully.
