BJohn and helpers worked close to schedule, showed up on time, did an effective job. He had been recommended by neighbors. Does good work on things he knows. He wants to venture into projects behond his expertise (be careful). Will make decisions without consulting you, which can be a problem. Get quote, don't use hourly rate for added jobs! Finish clean up mixed, but poor. I would use him in the future for small handyman jobs only.- William B.
