  • This a wonderful group of professionals. They are accommodating in every respect. Matt McManus is a terrific therapist and not only provides great care with the treatment but has a thorough knowledge of the muscular-skeletal system. he takes time to explain the course of treatment, address any issues, and answers all questions. The entire staff is firendly and helpful. it is a great environment.
I definitely recommend ProEx and will use them again if the occasion calls for it.

  • After years of suffering intermittent knee pain, I saw Jose, who quickly diagnosed my problem and the activities that were triggering it. We went over some simple exercises to address my pain and prevent recurrence, and Jose sent me home with detailed instructions. He was very friendly and put me at ease right away, showing a genuine interest in me as a person. I didn't feel rushed at all; even though Jose is busy, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Since I visited Jose, I've been almost entirely pain-free.

  • I expected to be fixed and I got fixed; it took many visits. I wanted a place that is local and it is local for me. The people are very good. I would definitely recommend them highly. The front office staff is very good. The person who I met, who treated me was extremely good. I have not received the bill yet.

  • Office is run very efficiently and by a very nice staff. I was not always attended on time which was frustrating because it then made me late returning to work each time, but the service I received was fine. I would've appreciated more consistency regarding the person who did the actual therapy - a different person worked with me each visit so I had to review my status every time because they did not always read my notes carefully. The lead therapist I did my initial evaluation with did check in with me during appointments, but I would've like to have known up front that she would not be doing the actual therapy after my first visit (very different than other PT's I'd seen before).

  • Holly is a very friendly person. She began my appointment with a big hello followed by a serious sit-down talk about my current problem. She left the room for me to change into a hospital gown, knocked on the door to make sure I was ready, then entered and began to work on my problem. She used pillows under my knees and head to keep me comfortable and covered me with sheets so that she only needed to expose the problem area as she worked. She explained to me what she was doing and what was wrong, and how she was fixing my rib. The appointment ran about an hour including the after treatment interview occuring after she left the treatment room, I had gotten dressed, and she returned to sit and speak with me. She showed me an exercise to do at home to help prevent future injuries to my ribs, a simple stretch that I do pretty regularly. I have had no recurrence of that injury since. Since Holly had fixed my rib and I had no other complaints that day, we wished each other well.

  • It went very well. At the beginning I couldn't raise my arm above shoulder height. By the end I had full flexibility. What made Mt. Auburn Rehab Services different from past PT experiences was that they actually did the stretches, helping me to expand my range of motion.

  • The initial evaluation by Melissa was somewhat cursory. She conducted ultrasound and massage (very competent with massage), and demonstrated some exercises. She sent me home with a printout of the exercises she gave me, which was extremely helpful. Subsequent visits, I frequently saw more junior staff members who, though perfectly nice, relied on me to tell them exactly what my diagnosis and typical treatments are. But, since the location is extremely convenient to both home and work, I will keep going.

  • She is perfect, absolutely wonderful. Before I went to see her, I couldn't bend down to look at grocery shelves. Now, I can not only bend, but I can stoop. I can do everything a young person can do, and I'm elderly. It's easy to get an appointment with her, if she's around.

  • She has a degree in Bachelor of Science and cardiac rehabilitation and exercise. As she is not licensed, most insurance does not cover her. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She is a very caring person. She comes once in a week to my house. She does the total body physical therapy which includes resistance and strengthening of muscles. The training does seem to help me.
