    Chrzanowski, Dr. David
My surgery went perfect. Dr. chrzanowski was professional, kind, thoughtful and reassuring. He did exactly what we discussed. I have also gone to him for various other cosmetic treatments and I’m quite pleased.

    Hear More Associates
I am 78 years old and have had poor hearing since grade school. I have dealt with numerous hearing aid specialists and technology over the years. Hear More Associates being one of the best with the most reasonable solutions that I have found I am more than satisfied with my most recent purchase of a pair of behind the ear devices. A big improvement for my hearing. Karen was very patient and diligent to get my aids adjusted just right to my hearing loss which made a huge difference in the result

    Liberator Medical Supply Inc
My 3 month supply of catheters was held up for lack of renewal of doctor’s prescription. Standard procedure is to call doctors office for the new prescription. This was not done and no one told me. After almost running out, I called the doctor who issued a new prescription Still no action at Liberator and communication is so bad that no one could tell me if they received the prescription. The representatives tried to be helpful but couldn’t fight the out-modes system. They kept sending me emergency supplies three times so I wouldn’t run out. I still don’t know the status of my order, nor do the representatives. Maybe the company is too large for the system. Never had this kind of trouble with Liberator before.

    Hear More Associates
After having a hearing loss for 30 years (after cancer treatment) I finally put my foot down and told myself that I needed to invest in hearing aids. After doing a lot of footwork, I found Hear More Associates, along with many other companies , who i had previously met with and all they wanted to do was sell, sell, sell without giving me much explanation of each device, my hearing loss and they didn't seem to have compassion for my loss of hearing (almost like car salesmen). I first met with Karen, who is incredibility sweet, she completed my hearing test (which had the same results as all my other tests) which was a good sign because I've had some weird results (remember I've had this loss for 30 years so I've had many hearing tests). My results determined I needed hearing aids. A few weeks later I had an appointment with Karen to get my first pair of hearing aids, unfortunately Karen had to cancel my appointment due to personal matters (completely understandable, life happens!) this appointment was canceled on a Tuesday, and I had stated that I would like to be seen sooner rather than later, Charlie (the owner) saw me the next day (Wednesday)!! I was incredibly grateful and impressed by this action of kindness to see me with urgency. I met with charlie and we went over my hearing loss, my hearing aids, the functioning, care and overall use. We spent a little time adjusting the settings for my particular hearing loss and he made sure the settings were comfortable for me. I had a few questions ( sense this was my first time with hearing aids after never knowing "true sounds") and he had answered them all for me. Charlie told me if I needed anything to contact him right away and he will adjust what is needed or answer questions I have. I am very impressed and grateful for Charlie and Karen. I would also like to mention that I live out of state. I traveled an hour (one way) just to go to Hear More Associates.

    Wellesley Women's Care
In short: not well Long story: I was a long standing patient who was very loyal to her GYN. I switched insurances and was treated very differently. The nurses I interacted with were not knowledgeable. The professional staff (NPs, MDs etc) refused to contact me when I asked a direct question. It was excuse after excuse until finally I was billed an outrageous amount for a service which lead me to believe they are only after money from procedures as opposed to offering quality care. I’m glad I got out when I could.

    Rose City Clinic
My father is extremely ill. When Dr Mullen of Rose City Clinic retired, my father was told he could be automatically moved to Dr. Friend’s practice. Linda, their administrator, not only failed to transfer him to Dr Friend’s practice but also failed to notify him that he was not transferred. He found out 4 months later that he not only didn’t have a doctor but also had no refills on extremely crucial meds. When he expressed his confusion to Linda, she refused to clarify how this has occurred and, more upsettingly, went on the offensive. I can’t imagine a world where someone working in any profession, not to mention a health profession, is allowed to act like this.

    Marino Center for Integrative Health
Sone years ago, I left a slightly qualified review, having found my PCP a bit abrupt. That has changed completely. I now find Dr. Munson very satisfactory. I have also used several of their specialists and have been satisfied with all of them.

    Glavas, Dr. Ioannis P
I first visited Dr. Glavas’ Boston Office in December of 2014. Immediately, I took a liking to him. He came across as a very kind, attentive, and intelligent person. Unfortunately, as you can see from the before/after photos, his surgical abilities do not live up to his personal qualities. Dr. Glavas recommended bilateral upper blepharoplasty ($6,000) in order to give me a “more friendly” appearance around the eyes. About six months later, I found myself back at his office undergoing the procedure. He applied a local anesthetic and began to cut into my upper eyelids while whistling away and chatting about life. The results were devastating: *On my left eye, the incision was placed incorrectly—high above the epicanthal fold—resulting in a visibly red scar. The volume of skin that was excised was also incorrect, resulting in general misfolding and wrinkling across the entire upper eyelid. *On my right eye, a much bigger problem was created. The internal structures of the eyelid —skin, levator muscle, orbital septum—were incorrectly modified. This resulted with not only aesthetic issues (i.e. asymmetry) but functional problems as well. It feels as if my eyelid is permanently stapled into the superior sulcus. Also there’s a soft throbbing pain, accompanied by dryness, that emanates from this area on most days. Dr. Glavas acknowledged this terrible outcome and tried his best to fix this mess. He did this free of charge and for that I’m thankful. Unfortunately, after more than a dozen visits, nothing seems to have been improved. I can now say with a high degree of confidence that Dr. Glavas has poor surgical skills. He’s a nice person to chat with but I would not recommend his services to people I care about. Even if his services were free, I would not recommend a visit. Why take the risk? I’m now looking for a new surgeon that can undo the damage he created.

    Hear More Associates
I went to Hear More Assoc after much prodding by family. I was greeted by friendly staff and was able to get an appointment quickly. After my test, it was determined that I had a hearing loss. I purchased two hearing aids. They are comfortable, lightweight and discreet. The price was reasonable, my children actually compared Hear More's prices with other providers in the area and Hear More prices were significantly less. This was life changing for me. I didn't realize how much I was missing. Before I would avoid large social gatherings, now I look forward to them. I find myself interacting and enjoying life again. I can't say enough about the staff and providers, Karen and Charlie. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in the door. I would highly recommend Hear More. They WILL change your life.

    Smagina, Dr. Elena
Dr. Smagina is one of the most thorough and caring primary care physicians I know. She remembers her patients and provides great clinical care. However, she is now practicing in Medway.
