A member of Dr. Jameson's staff HUNG UP ON ME while I was trying to book an appointment. She had asked for my insurance card number and put me on hold right in the middle of me reading it to her. When she took me off of hold I asked that she please not do that again. She said "I'll put you on hold if I want to." To which I replied that it was rude to do so. She then said "you know what? If you're going to be like that, I'll just hang up on you now." And then she hung up on me. This was my first and only interaction with Dr. Jameson's office. And it came after me making repeated calls and leaving messages in an attempt to book an appointment. To be clear, it was not an accident and it was not someone from the answering service. This individual works in his office. This happened at 4:15pm on Friday 4/21/17. Thanks to this employee, I won't be seeking the services of this physician. If Dr. Jameson keeps people on his staff who treat prospective patients so rudely, it raises doubt about his overall judgement and respect for his patients.

Offered no insight as to reasons for discomfort, except to link stomach distress to constipation.
Did not offer empathy or curiosity about my complaints.
Eventually my discomfort did pass but this visit did not contribute to this outcome.
However, i have seen my doctor for decades and usually find him to be helpful and responsive, so I will continue to see him.

He's a decent doctor. He's nice, personable and easy to work with. It's hard to get an appointment with Dr. Liu. It's very easy to get an appointment in the office if I need it. If I need an emergency appointment there's always somebody. There's either a nurse practitioner or somebody on the staff that can see me. They tend to know what they're doing and they are quick. It's also nice to have all the services in one building. If I do need to do lab work or if I need to do anything it's all in the same building so I can do it all at the same time.

pri like the concept of the Marino Center, but being organized is a challenge. They have a week online system and the communication with the staff  is lacking.  When I finally was in contact with the nurse, she did follow through, but it took several calls and emails.  I did not receive a response from the doctor after several emails, but once we were in contact, she did follow through.

The medical staff and the office staff are excellent at the Medford Harvard Vanguard. I have been going there for over 5 years. Appointments need to be scheduled in advance (about 2 weeks) which is probably the same everywhere else, but once you are there, the staff do not rush you and do their best in taking time in answering questions. I find that all staff - doctors and nurses - are all very knowledgeable and professional. There is an online system you can use to communicate with your doctors, and they respond promptly. Sometimes doctors are running behind but hardly more than 20 minutes or so. Billing is usually fine, but you need to be more proactive when it comes to self-pay cases. If self-pay rate discount is available, you need to ask and make sure that was applied. I had a case once this was the billing staff missed but I caught it which saved me a lot of money. I haven't had any issues of any other insurance-covered expenses. For the medical service quality, I highly recommend this office.

It's one of these practices is and quot;conciergeand quot; practices. I thought of that of a sort of complex let's say medical issues, and one of the things I like is accessibility and he does listen. There was never an issue of time or rushing or anything like that. It's not 15-minute visit, it's as much time as you want or need. They're very good. They are both friendly and professional. They're not overly chummy, but very friendly.

The doctor and her staff are terrific. Very helpful and concerned. They took care of everything and made sure that I understood what was happening and got in to see the specialists I needed to see right away.

I would recommend them. They are very nice and thorough. They are respectful to the clients and their patients. I feel like they take whatever time is necessary. They were very punctual so that's pretty amazing.

He is incredible. I have seen him for years. He started off at BI and when he moved to Boston Medical Center, my primary care doctor suggested that I continue to see him and he has done an excellent job. I am being diabetic, and there is a huge risk of losing my feet, and he has kept on top on top of everything, and he has kept me safe, and I appreciate that.

Dr. Bucciarelli is really good. I see him once a month and he has helped me a lot. His availability is good. It is a nice office but it is on the small side, it is easy to reach and park. He just works by himself and does not have any staff.
