  • Everything about ILKB Cambridge is amazing! Right from the start during my first interaction with them over the phone I knew it was where I wanted to be. When you walk through the door you immediately feel welcomed and motivated. The classes are exciting and I say it every time that class went by so quickly; you honestly don't even realize the time nor want it to end. All of the instructors have great personalities and I love taking every single instructor's class. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great workout in an awesome environment.

  • Another doctor recommended seeing an orthopedic surgeon when physical therapy didn't work for my knee. I saw Dr. Wagner instead, upon recommendation of a friend. Dr. Wagner gave me some topical ointment and simple exercises to do, and insisted I get better shoes. I gradually built up my ability to walk again. My walking is fine now. Then I trusted her enough to work on my hands too. She refused to give up. Part of her strategy seemed to be to find ways to help me get my overall health in the best shape I could. She also gave me more exercises. My hands improved greatly. I am grateful to her for her help, which saved me from at least one surgery, and helped me keep my career. This is not a doctor for someone who wants a quick fix, though. Her treatment worked partly because I was motivated to work with her and willing and able to put in time to do my part. I have continued to see her throughout a number of years.

  • I was using the pool to assist with recovery after surgery. I put my membership on hold for one month due to the surgery. While I was in the locker room, I was attacked in a very vulnerable state by a person who lives in my building that has been targeting me for quite some time. They put my membership on hold. The manager of the facility wouldn?t have a meeting with me so I could explain that this altercation was not my fault. Because of this, I?m not able to exercise or recover from my injury the way I should be. I feel discriminated against, and also feel very violated, as this has prevented me from living a healthy lifestyle.

  • A member of Dr. Jameson's staff HUNG UP ON ME while I was trying to book an appointment. She had asked for my insurance card number and put me on hold right in the middle of me reading it to her. When she took me off of hold I asked that she please not do that again. She said "I'll put you on hold if I want to." To which I replied that it was rude to do so. She then said "you know what? If you're going to be like that, I'll just hang up on you now." And then she hung up on me. This was my first and only interaction with Dr. Jameson's office. And it came after me making repeated calls and leaving messages in an attempt to book an appointment. To be clear, it was not an accident and it was not someone from the answering service. This individual works in his office. This happened at 4:15pm on Friday 4/21/17. Thanks to this employee, I won't be seeking the services of this physician. If Dr. Jameson keeps people on his staff who treat prospective patients so rudely, it raises doubt about his overall judgement and respect for his patients.

  • Dr. Khalsa is amazing. I'd say 90% of chiropractors don't really have a sense of the body, and of the subtle ways that tweaks can have a major effect. Khalsa knows what ails me, and consistently focuses on unlocking my vertebrae with precision. I have been with him long enough that I know most of his techniques, but every few times he might find a vertebrae that's not cooperating and the tricks up his sleeve seem endless. I am seriously impressed with his work. He works with many of the Harvard athletics teams, and I highly recommend him if you can get in his schedule.

  • I've been using her for about 4 years, ever since I came to Boston on the recommendation of somebody else. She immediately corrected several things that had been done in the Washington area that were supposed to be excellent and apparently wasn't. Dr. Longo never put it that way. She was totally professional. She never blamed another dentist or anything like that.

  • The front desk person, Mica who makes appointments and is responsible for insurance billing has excellent customer service and is very thorough with billing.  The hygienist, Bibliano taught me how to brush my teeth correctly.  Last but not the least, Dr. Khoury has excellent bedside manners, and is very gentle during procedures like root canal, fillings, etc.I definitely recommend Kappa Dental to my fellow citizens.

  • Dr. Foley's hygenist is a true professional. She does a thorough cleaning job and discusses potential trouble spots in a detailed and patient manner. She is friendly and efficient. Dr. Foley has good patient rapport and seems quite skilled. He appears to keep abreast of recent recommendations regarding treatment approaches.

  • I recommend them. I'm going there today. I was there yesterday. I've used them for 30 years. They're superb. It's a family run business and it has been there since I moved to Cambridge 30 years ago. If they're talking to you about a drug they go, "Have you used it before? Are you worried about it? Do you need some extra advice? Are you looking for anything?" They do that kind of a thing brilliantly. They are very responsible and very accurate. They usually know everybody by their name. They're extremely good handling complex insurance questions.

  • Excellent.  It turned out to be nothing and the gentle, wry, professionally excellent dentist double checked and then gave me the good news.  Dr. Katzman has been a wonderful dentist for all sorts of dental issues for me and my family.  Sharon, the woman who assists him, is also kind and very good at her job, as is Lena, the sweet hygienist.
