He's a decent doctor. He's nice, personable and easy to work with. It's hard to get an appointment with Dr. Liu. It's very easy to get an appointment in the office if I need it. If I need an emergency appointment there's always somebody. There's either a nurse practitioner or somebody on the staff that can see me. They tend to know what they're doing and they are quick. It's also nice to have all the services in one building. If I do need to do lab work or if I need to do anything it's all in the same building so I can do it all at the same time.

pri like the concept of the Marino Center, but being organized is a challenge. They have a week online system and the communication with the staff  is lacking.  When I finally was in contact with the nurse, she did follow through, but it took several calls and emails.  I did not receive a response from the doctor after several emails, but once we were in contact, she did follow through.

It's one of these practices is and quot;conciergeand quot; practices. I thought of that of a sort of complex let's say medical issues, and one of the things I like is accessibility and he does listen. There was never an issue of time or rushing or anything like that. It's not 15-minute visit, it's as much time as you want or need. They're very good. They are both friendly and professional. They're not overly chummy, but very friendly.

The doctor and her staff are terrific. Very helpful and concerned. They took care of everything and made sure that I understood what was happening and got in to see the specialists I needed to see right away.

I would recommend them. They are very nice and thorough. They are respectful to the clients and their patients. I feel like they take whatever time is necessary. They were very punctual so that's pretty amazing.

I have used Dr. Caron Eliezer as my general practitioner for the last two years and have been very happy with her. Caron is a thorough and thoughtful doctor who listens to her patients. She is a little conservative in her recommendations, but very solid. She is also a really nice person.
The Marino Center is an interesting place. They are an integrated health facility, so their practice contains doctors specializing in all types of medicine - hormonal, sports, nutrition, etc. They also have facilities for physical therapy, as well as providing things like acupuncture. I've used their PT for a shoulder/arm problem, and they were effective. People consider holistic medical practices as something and quot;touchy feelyand quot;, but I haven't found this to be the case for me. I think it's an interesting approach.
Marino used to be a two site company, but they recently were sold to two hospitals. Their Massachusetts Ave facility is now part of Mt. Auburn Hospital. I think the other site was sold to Beth Israel hospital. That might be an issue, but it hasn't come up yet for me. I prefer other Boston area hospitals.
The Marino Center seems to have a lot of happy customers, and I know that a lot of people travel from all over the area to keep attending their practice.
I selected them based primarily on positive reviews on Angie's list, and it was one of the best recommendations I've had.

The Marino Center is a one stop shop providing general medicine and
therapy to patients. After reviewing recommendations on Angie's List i
chose the center and Dr. Eliezer as my GP. I have had three visits with
her and found her to be professional and thorough. She listens to my
input and makes practical albeit conservative suggestions for treatment.
I'd have to say that I'm overall pleased with her and don't feel a need
to go looking for another doctor.
I'm in treatment at the center
for a neurological condition doing ultrasound and therapy. I've been
happy with my treatment there as well.

Dr. Osler is everything a mom would want in a doctor. I also very much like the other doctors and providers that I've met there. The couple of times we've had to go in to the ER or the walk-in clinic, Dr. Osler has followed up with me to see how my child was responding to treatment. He is a good communicator and a calm, knowledgeable advisor. I know how to reach him whenever I need him. I trust his judgement, and I feel that he listens to my concerns.
There is parking at 300 Broadway, which can be crowded, but I've always found a spot.
The office staff sometimes seem overwhelmed. There can be long waits to check in with the receptionists for reasons that aren't outwardly apparent. Something with the computers it seems.
The billing from CHA can be confusing, especially if you are self-pay or have a high-deductible plan. Once I thought I'd paid a bill, because I'd paid for service on a certain date in the walk-in clinic. As it turns out, they sent two different bills for similar amounts for service on the same date, one from the hospital (I think), and one from the physician. I no longer have the high deductible plan, and with my BCBS HMO and with Tufts, this has not been a problem.

I am a primary care physician retired primary care physician, so I know good and bad care when I see it, and my standards (for myself and for others) are very high. Inh this day and age when good primary care is rather difficult to find, this group does it right !!

I have had several appointments with both my primary care physician, Dr. Eliezer, and the physical therapy providers over the past few months. I am extremely comfortable and satisfied with every aspect of my treatment at the Marino Center. I chose the Marino Center on recommendation of my previous physician who is part of an integrative practice in NH, which is my preference for my health care. Dr. Eliezer is very thorough and never makes me feel rushed through the appointment. It has been a difficult year for me, and I have felt that many health issues have arisen at once where I have normally been very healthy and rarely seen a doctor. Dr. Eliezer has been beyond understanding. Every person with whom I have had contact at Marino has been helpful, patient, and caring. Appointments have generally been on time or close to it, and referrals have been quick and easy. I especially appreciate the online communication portal and that I have received timely responses both by email and phone.
