I've been using her for about 4 years, ever since I came to Boston on the recommendation of somebody else. She immediately corrected several things that had been done in the Washington area that were supposed to be excellent and apparently wasn't. Dr. Longo never put it that way. She was totally professional. She never blamed another dentist or anything like that.

The front desk person, Mica who makes appointments and is responsible for insurance billing has excellent customer service and is very thorough with billing.  The hygienist, Bibliano taught me how to brush my teeth correctly.  Last but not the least, Dr. Khoury has excellent bedside manners, and is very gentle during procedures like root canal, fillings, etc.I definitely recommend Kappa Dental to my fellow citizens.

Dr. Foley's hygenist is a true professional. She does a thorough cleaning job and discusses potential trouble spots in a detailed and patient manner. She is friendly and efficient. Dr. Foley has good patient rapport and seems quite skilled. He appears to keep abreast of recent recommendations regarding treatment approaches.

Excellent.  It turned out to be nothing and the gentle, wry, professionally excellent dentist double checked and then gave me the good news.  Dr. Katzman has been a wonderful dentist for all sorts of dental issues for me and my family.  Sharon, the woman who assists him, is also kind and very good at her job, as is Lena, the sweet hygienist.

I have been seeing her for years and she is excellent. The staff and hygienists are all wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and down to earth. They don’t push new treatments and take into consideration what your mouth looks like and future prognosis. They are very realistic. I have been a patient with them for about 25 years now and the same staff has been there throughout that time.

This is a wonderful dentist.  Dr. Katzman and his assistant, Sharon, are friendly and professional.  He is the most skilled dentist anyone in my family has ever encountered and his gentleness and wry humor make what for many of us is an appointment we dread go as easy as possible.  Although this is obviously a very knowledgeable man, Dr. Katzman is never arrogant or disrespectful of the patient's needs & feelings.  Sharon is always pleasant and they work great together as a team.  Lina, who does the cleanings, is a sweet woman who is also very good at her job.

Overall it was a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I had virtually no wait time and was seen almost immediately. The office is very clean and inviting.

The person who took my x-ray and did the initial exam was not only very skilled but was very personable and gave off a very positive vibe. Even though it was my first time at the office, I felt very welcomed and the service was top-notch.
Their equipment and techniques are state-of-the-art. I am used to dentist offices that used older equipment, so I was happy to see that they were on top of the latest trends and technology. I'm not a big fan of having things scraping my teeth, but it was not bad at all.

I was really happy that they took the time to answer all of my questions during the process. They also did a very comprehensive examination and seemed genuinely concerned about my dental health. They also picked up on things that other dentists didn't focus on (e.g. my grinding teeth habit, etc.).

I was very impressed with Dr. Foley's knowledge, and on top of that, he had a great personality. He was very friendly and was also very patient with me as well and really seemed to know what he was talking about. He took the time to ask me about my work and to get to know me better.

This office is very busy, which is not surprising because they do an excellent job, so I would recommend trying to get an appointment as early as possible. Do not expect to be seen next day for a first-time checkup unless there happens to be a cancellation or it's an emergency. The office staff, however, is very accommodating, so they will let you know if someone cancels.
This has been one of the best dentist visits I've had, and I highly recommend.

They're connected with Boston University school of Dentistry so you got a very high level of confidence. The price is pretty good too. They serve a broader public. For that kind of stuff, I like to deal with people that are connected with a medical school and stuff. They are usually up on the latest kind of thing and they got a lot of practice. They were very helpful and very good. They gave a lot of personal attention to you. It was kind of an emergency thing, they did a temporary patch and as soon as they were able to get the permanent teeth, they did it themselves. I was very impressed. For emeregency stuff, I give them an A, on regular stuff, I give them a B. If it's for teeth cleaning and other stuff, they sort of make you wait a month in advance. When it came to emergency stuff, there was no waiting, they are quite on top of that. There's a little back and forth, minor kind of stuff on billing.

Firstly, Dr. Sasson was extremely responsive.  In pain, I called him on a Friday afternoon requesting an appointment on short notice.  I left a message given that his office closes at 1pm on a Friday.   He called me personally from his cell phone by Saturday morning to discover how I was doing and give instructions on setting up an appointment with a staff member.    The office is large, professional and centrally located near Brookline's Coolidge Corner.   Each staff member was attentive and pleasant.  Dr. Sasson himself, although extremely busy (visibly seen moving around between rooms from the waiting area), gives you full attention when with you.  He takes great care to check in on your experience, to explain his decisions, to diagnosis to your understanding (in lamen's terms) and to let you know what options you have.   Its also very evident that he is very experienced as he converses with the nurses about what he sees with the tooth and what his approach will be.   At all times you feel confident that you're in very capable hands.   In my own personal situation, it turned out that I needed a root canal.  Dr. Sasson worked me through limitations due to my personal circumstance (my insurance would not be active for another two weeks or so) to propose solutions that worked.  It also seemed that he's deliberate in giving you choices and making sure you're comfortable with your choice -- instead of imposing what he feels is best on to you without your own consideration.

They're great. I just like that they were low pressure. They did not want me to do too many extreme services like cleaning. Usually a lot of dentists put pressure on me to get braces or things like that. I never had any problems with them.
